The only reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because the girl who works here, her name is Ashley and she had the best customer service I have seen in a while a few times ago that I went. They need to give her plenty of hours. The manager Rebecca was really nice tonight when we went too, they were super busy and she looked like she was only one working, but she did great with managing the time. Although.. when we got our sackful of Krystals, most of them had nothing on them. Just meat and bun? After our long road trip today I was really excited about the food, but was not happy at all. Customer service is good mostly, but the food itself not so good.

Make sure you talk slow when ordering at front counter I ordered the combo for 12 crystals two Frys two drinks and I told them to put half with cheese and somehow I ended up with 6 plain cheese Krystal they said they fixed it but when I got my crystals they were still six plane cheese Krystals so make sure you talk very slow and look them in the eye and talk real slow and theyll get it right other than that they are a nice group of people

Food was absolutely cold and when i sent them back to redo them it took about 3 minutes for them to come back with tray and all hot...pretty sure just warmed up in microwave and sent back! Not to mention the manger which whom was a lady was extremely rude said, "TELL THEM THEY HOT NOW THEY MIGHT WANNA WAIT NOW BC THEY HOT" in the nastiest way... wont ever be going back to this place ever!!!!

After a brief closure for remodeling, this store is now open again. Krystal is the place in the South to go for those small burgers like White Castle. On my visit, the burgers were great, but the fries were overly greasy as if they had been re-dropped to re-warm (a big no-no in most places). Service at the counter was fast an efficient. Still 5 stars for good service and hot fresh burgers.

Hands down the worst Krystal. I went here several times and everytime my order was wrong. I ask no onions but they made all my sandwiches WITH onions. I told them again it was NO onion. Simple. I saw the guy start scrapping off all the onions as the manager saw him do it and said nothing. What if I had a severe allergen! These people have no serve safe acknowledgement.

Service at All Krystal in the Metro Atlanta are just isnt the best . Very disappointed when you Stand in line for 7 mins and not one person acknowledge us. Manager sit in lobby and done paper work , lady complained there was no tissue in the ladies rest room . Other than the services the food was good Ole Krystals.

I hadnt had Krystal since I was fourteen years old. I moved to Cleveland, Ohio. We need Krystals in Ohio. It was so so good, I purchased chicken and burgers and to bring back to Cleveland with me. I dont remember the chicken when I was a kid, but OMG so good. Please put a Krystal in Cleveland. Please please.

Completely empty and took 10 min for food after order. Combo meals are advertised at a lower price than what is rung up and when confronted the manager said "Its always been like that"

Ordered cheese crystals, nothing on them... 2 onions, no pickle or cheese. Meat looked raw, and the buns were not hot. Please go back to the old ways. No longer enjoy this place!
