It is so fun to find a restaurant menu that surprises you with its unique selections. This restaurant fit that bill, the menu was DELICIOUS with a varied selection of items. The entrees were the perfect size and lovely in presentation. The staff was attentive and helpful ( reviewed the specifics of any item we requested more details about). If you have a chance sit out on their patio - to further enjoy the ambience.

the cashier was really nice, but why is it this location can never get an order right. I ordered the $5.00 fill-up which should be pretty easy. 2 Pcs of Chicken, a biscuit, cookie and drink. I get home to find no biscuit or cookie. You can never get through when calling this store because it always goes to a fax machine. If the cashier was not so nice this would have been another of many 1 star visits.

Slowest "fast food" establishment I have ever been to and they have consistently gotten our orders wrong. If there was another option for a quick cheap meal after a long day other than a burger I would never have gone back... Currently still waiting (20+ minutes) for nachos, a burrito, and a quesadilla...

Got to be the slowest kfc /taco bell on earth. Warning: check your order before you leave. They are good for not given you the food you ordered. Wenesday thru Friday from 7pm til 8 is the worst time to go. Today I waited in line 20 mins before I had to drive off.

I could have cooked a homemade meal faster. After I sat in the drive thru not even at the order box for 25 minutes with two cars in front of me and no one at the window getting food I decided to leave. Every time I go here it takes forever.

They had an attitude and acted like I was lying when I took my food for KFC back (which is also part of this restaurant) after finding a gum wrapper in my food. I dont recommend this place and havent ate there in probably a year or more.

They are always friendly and if they are running slow they are very apologetic. As for messing up orders sure at times they do, but I really think its whos working because they normally always have my order right.

Too slow. They process 1 car every 5 minutes. I suggest you count the cars in line multiply by 5 and decide if you have that long too wait. Also include the time needed to go back and have them fix your order.

Loved Kayne Prime. The dining experience was wonderful as was the steak. However, they really won me over with their side dishes...especially the cream corn brûlée. Definitely a fan of all M Street restaurants.

New management! Improved greatly..ordered only taco bell items and all was correct and got order out in 6 minutes! Mallory even picked up our tray and had some talk with us! Great to see an improvement!
