November, 2015: This place has gone downhill so fast that gravity cant get hold of it. I had refused to ever go back but time was an issue tonight so... Part of my order tasted like it had been made hours earlier and the shake I paid to have extra ingredients for didnt have them. Im beginning to suspect that the morons that worked at the (now gone since we ran them off they were so bad) McDonalds have contaminated Sonic. Older: This used to be a really great place and the orders were ALWAYS right. But in the last few months every order Ive placed has had something wrong. I expect it out of McDonalds down the street, but not Sonic.

Ive been getting breakfast here for my son and I for sometime. Its a thing we do on Sundays. Put my order in asked for picante sauce with my burritos I was rudely told by Richard that it is in the bag. Well it wasnt now if this was the first time no big deal but you have a better shot of winning the Tennessee Lottery then getting your picante sauce I would have to say out of 10 times Ive gotten the sauce once and not had to ask for it.

Eaten here a few times while my son was traveling for baseball games. Service is always good but 3 times in a row theyve gotten my order wrong. Didnt find out until we drove off. I could just be unlucky. 4 stars for friendly service though.

As I write this...I am still waiting for my order...40 minutes now. Everyone has been helped that came after. Unable to handle a lunch rush. Yet to try the food. It is now 12:39 and I pulled in and ordered at 11:50.

It took me 20 minutes for them to answer my call to place my order then they recommended me not to order food. This place is really gone downhill and I visited this place every morning

If I could give this place no stars I would. Waited over 30 minutes for our food and then when we contacted them they said oops. It went to the wrong stall. Dont go here.

They have very good food.But they have a problem getting your order correct and they have 2 order windows that will not let you pay with your credit card.
