A visit to Dairy Queen after school used to be an inexpensive treat option for the kids, but today we were hit with a much higher bill for our order then usual. When I asked about the cost increase I was told there were charges on our order for substitutions that we never paid extra for in the past. Being on a budget I dropped the substitutions, but the cost was still higher then usual. Looking at the receipt I saw there was a $ .59 charge for the 12 sprinkles we got on our Sunday that came with our $5 lunch deal. Evidently they are finding as many as possible to raise your bill now. When you ask a if you can substitute something at the register they say yes" and they do not tell you there are now extra charges, just give you the end total making you wonder what the heck you ordered. This must be a constant surprise for people now because I overheard a man disputing the same issues on his familys lunch bill while we were waiting for our food. I dont go to Dairy Queen expecting to drop $15 and change on lunch for one adult and a small child so unfortunately after many past visits we will be finding a new treat option for the kids.

I have only been here one time other and never really noticed anything particularly good or bad about the customer service. This time, however, when I checked my order it was missing a serving of fries. Not really an issue, simple mistake. Then I went inside to fix my order. Woman that gave took my order told someone else "in a whisper" loud as hell, that I am not missing fries. Dont sass me when you mess up my order. I continue trying to be nice about it as she reluctantly gives me my correct number of fries. I leave only to figure out that lo and behold, they put in the wrong sandwiches. Oh great, as a 20 minute drive just to get there, Im not gonna go all the way back to switch those out. Seems someone was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Way to go.

Great staff and management at this location. I just had my first blizzard since coming back from deployment and thought I would be adventurous. I tried the royal Reeses and brownie blizzard. The staff was prompt, courteous, and responsive to my needs. The manager personally ensured top quality customer service beyond what I ever expected from a fast food establishment. This Dairy Queen really set a new standard of expectation for me. Great job staff!

One of the food preparers scratched their nostrils and another one scratched their under arms, and kept right on making food. Also I went to sit outside and the best 2 tables that were shaded from the sun were taken by employees, making me have to sit in the sun. And they were openly complaining about having to work. Avoid this place if youre wise.

Blizzards have suck last few months. Unsure what happened but they suck now. Order a chocolate extreme ...every time half of it is vanilla...they just dont give a damn anymore. Sucks our family had always enjoyed the blizzards. Were staying away for a few months to give DQ a chance to get new employees that care.

One of the very FEW places, in a military town, that actually is considerate enough, to still extend a military discount. 2 thumbs way up, for supporting and remembering out military members! Also, the rocky road brownie blizzard with the marshmallow core....good Lord, its ammmmmazzzing!!!

The worker At the window was very rude, messed up my order and didnt refund me the dollar I overpaid for the wrong item. When I told her that she should be nicer to customers she just slammed the drive thru window shut. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager.

Bad customer service. Do not recommend if you want to have a good day. Bad listeners, long waits with bad attitudes. I gave them 5 tries on different days to redeem there reputation but sadly I was right. Also the food wasnt fresh. 1 star. :(

Agree with the guy about the blizzards. My last chocolate extreme was half vanilla too! I order chocolate extreme because I hate vanilla. And i had maybe 4 bites with actual chocolatey stuff mixed in.

Always awesome coming here. Always great service. DQ is so much better than Any restaurant on WRB. Get fresh hot and correct food every time. Keep it up DQ staff. We come in at least twice a week.
