The young girl that was our server, Jessica M, we have had her previously twice this month. I noticed that the last two times I thought she was ringing us up for more shots than we took but I never kept track before so obviously I couldnt say anything about it. Whenever I went in there yesterday and saw that she was our server, I knew to keep track this time. At the end of the night I had 8 shots on my tracker and whenever she gave us the check, sure enough she had 9 shots. Where her mistake happened was two of us at the table ordered the first shot at the same time and whenever she brought us our shot, the third guest at the table ordered his so she charged everybody for another shot instead of just charging him for his fist one. So after her printing out the receipt of when she rang it up, she was making a big deal about "theres just no way it could be possible" even after we showed her that the first two shots are only 10 minutes part but the rest of the shots are consecutively 20-25 minutes apart. Then after going back-and-forth, she puts the new receipt on the table of BWW comping the shot we never took & said, "here, just dont worry about it." Well its your mistake that you have made before so now its becoming an issue. But thats not even the biggest issue. The biggest issue is one of the guest at the table had a piece of GLASS in his shot glass. Took his shot & spit out a piece of glass of the table. I assumed it was ice at first but clearly after a few seconds we realized that it was glass. So we call the waitress over & she just looked at it & said, "oh no" & stood there. So we asked for the manager to write an incident report. After this he never returned to our table to check on us or anything. However, the waitress did laugh when she brought us the next shot and said, "There wasnt any glass in this one, was there?" because apparently it was funny that there was glass it the previous shot. We told the waitress we didnt feel like he should have to pay for his considering there was a PIECE OF GLASS in his shot! So whenever the manager, Jason Smith, comes over there he said verbatim, "No, he is paying for his check, we cannot comp alcohol. Mistakes happen." Well thats a lie considering he already did comp the shot we never took. One of the guest at the table replied to the manager by saying, "Well its illegal for you to have glass in your shot" then the manager said "Well its illegal for us to discount alcohol." Just the rudest, most inappropriate manager.

The two times I have been there are hands down the worst experiences at BWW, and we werent in the building for more than 15 minutes. The first day, (which was yesterday) we came in. Yes, it was busy but we didnt even see the hostess for 5 minutes. We were quickly sat in a booth. This is where we sat for 10 minutes without a glance from any employee, which 3 (the same waitress at least 5 times) passes by. We left after telling the bus boy who was the only own to speak to us as we walked out. So today we said why not give it another shot. I was a waitress I know there are just bad nights. We dont judge after one bad experience. Today set me over the top. We walked in, where the people in front of us had been waiting for a while. I know this because I saw them walk in as we pulled into the parking lot. After a few more minutes of waiting they chose the bar and we were greated by the same waitress as before. We were told that there was a 35 minute wait on food but we could quickly be sat. When we asked a question about the day before she lied, to our faces, and said that she was not working the night before and didnt know the answer to our question. We decided to leave. Terrible service, employees who lie to their guest is not the place for us. I will never be returning to this location and have no problem telling everyone in our area about this experience.

I am honestly astonished, the prices for the area are insanely high. I can literally go to the next shopping center and get a pretty good steak at Longhorns Steakhouse for less than an order of wings at BWW (a NY strip at that!). They also cheat you out of your money when you buy a beer. You pay normal prices for the beer on tap but where they get you is that they use a 12oz glass instead of a pint glass, like everyone else. So you pay your $6 for a beer on tap, but only get 3/4 what you paid for (bar price anyway). It truly is a shame too. Summerville is so full of restaurant goers and genuine patrons, and because of BWWs business practices and prices the employees are the ones that suffer. They are cheated out of tips and wages because prices are too high and it keeps the customers away. Plus, the majority of the ones that do go feel cheated because of the prices and tip less. For the people that work theres sake, I hope BWW makes a reality check and gets on board with local pricing. This isnt LA or NYC, it is Summerville, SC. Also, trivia lady....turn that speaker down some. There are only like 15 people playing and the other people dont need to get headaches listening to your voice while trying to enjoy their overpriced beer/food.

Spin my chicken please? Or not thats ok... I ordered the chicken and shrimp combo and was told I cant get 1 sauce spun with the chicken because the cooks are strict about that kind of thing. You know what if your a wing place and you cant spin some wings or even a chicken tender in a bowl then call KFC for some tips because theyll do it for free. As for that I asked for the sauce on the side and barely got that after asking a second time thanks for the service Meg. Im active duty and its always been an after work place to hang out with the guys before a deployment but thats a different state, I guess service is a word that hasnt caught on down here yet. P.S. guys its a rough economy bring my change back the next time instead of rounding to the nearest dollar, if you need the coins that bad provide better service and you will get a better tip. Overall Ive enjoyed B dubs everywhere on the east coast and your place has been the most uncompromising and I wont be back to your location. I can only hope that North Charleston location can give me my BWW fix, if not I cant wait to get stationed somewhere else.

OK 2 stars is very accurate. THE beer is cold. The food is hot. Great. Now at the bar....not dining room. It is a social atmosphere but I gotta say the bartender does NOTHING to add to this atmosphere. She was polite and served drinks so I guess I shouldnt ask for more. But it would be tremendous if she was more SOCIAL....nobody is gonna think its weird if you say "hows it going?" after serving a beer. But it is weird when you stand back....dont talk and just come forward to get the next beer and then return to just ignorein everyone at the bar. Talk a little you are in a service industry and who knows you may strike up a great conversation amongst people at the bar which would encourage us to stay....rather than feel like we are uninvited guests of your ex boyfriend. But as I said in the beginning the beer was cold so no major complaints....it would just be nice to have a social bartender or at least one that doesnt appear scared of the patrons.
