Found this place about 2 months ago. I always order the sweet and sour chicken combination plate. I bought the same thing, 2 plates on 4/01/2016. When I get it home and begin to eat the chicken, I quickly realize something is not right. The chicken was way over cooked, to the point where I couldnt chew it or even stick my fork through it. I was surprised because they were always on point. My girlfriend called them to see if they would do anything. The lady who answered the phone only offered $2 off our next meal after dropping $20 on uneatable chicken. She talked to someone else, and a man got on the phone. He was blunt and said "Bring me my food back, Ill refund you your money, or Ill give you $3 off your next order." Did not offer to recook the food at all during the brief conversation. I was willing to drive back up there, to exchange it with a freshly cooked meal, but he was not hearing any details or anything we had to say. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food, but I am even more disappointed in the customer service of this restaurant. My girlfriend and I always go there every Friday night, but after the experience we had tonight, and the amount of money weve spent through the weeks, Jin Jin has lost a weekly customer.

i eat alot of Chinese food at least 3 times a week this is by far the best one not only in town but best ive eaten !!! three great customer service including if you dont like sum items in food just ask and they will make it the way you like. The best part is it is cheap there lunch special witch is alot of food is less than $6 with tax and its alot of food

They hardly ever offer to refill beverages. Only 2-staff members ever speak to you and the waitress/cashier never speaks, rude and is soooo unfriendly. The food is average however, never go the next day after a big holiday event, (4th) especially grilling out because the food had a funny, reheated taste.
