Wow I dont know where to start. My review is based on their service and their decent food is the only reason they arent at 1 star but their service is horrible and part of working in the food industry is being able to talk to customers. I ordered for delivery and when I was missing an order and called them about it. The lady I spoke to got extremely defensive saying that it was my fault because they repeated the order. Are you serious? I ordered a duck egg roll and told the order taker before hand in that I was extremely busy at my job, I did not hear the man repeat the order but I did order a duck egg roll clearly and was expecting it. It went through one ear and out the other and she started talking in an extremely rude tone. Thats when I decided I was done, I wasnt going to pay another delivery fee and just told her I wasnt ordering from there again, she didnt seem to care so thats that but beware to anyone thinking of eating here, if they were rude over an extremely simple thing as an order then who knows what else.

We both ordered curries, her the veggie curry and me the red chicken curry extra spicy. The taste was fair, very average. It was cooked well, all veggies hot but crispy, and my chicken was sliced thinly and cooked through. They used white chicken meat, which was nice. Service is really lousy. While the food is middle of the road (not good, not really bad though), I got pretty awful service. Our food came out at random (I got my soup, finished it, and several minutes later she got her salad, our entrees arrived two or three minutes apart) and I was never given a refill of water without having to ask the server (youd think she would catch the hint after I ordered something extra spicy, or after having to ask for a refill the first two times, but shed come by and ask how things were without a pitcher in her hand, and if I forgot to ask for a refill, it didnt happen). What I ordered has nothing to do with the lousy service. I should NEVER have to ask for a refill, and food should always come out at the same time.

Meanwhile their sushi is a great price during happy hour, its really not the best sushi you could get for that price. Sure if you live close by to this place - decent pricing, not decent food. I came here twice and ordered take out from them several times. Take out always seems pretty nice - as I didnt have any issue with customer service. I went here on a Friday night once and they wouldnt ever come to my BF and I, and we ordered *thai* curry that was listed in their menu. I know this is a Chinese restaurant, but it isnt hard to put in some coconut milk in your curry to make it at least Thai-thentic. The curry came out looking like General Tso but worse. I honestly wouldnt waste my money here - youre better off cooking your own food than coming here to give them your money.

While ordering for delivery service an hour and ten minutes before closing, I was told by a lady named Victoria that if Im using a credit card, I would have to pre-tip ahead on top of a delivery charge. I asked her how long would the delivery take? She replied, 30 minutes. I then told her I would like to tip after services are rendered. She then replied confusingly that, that would not work as the delivery driver is either too close or too far. Im not sure why that matters, but I told her to cancel the order. Nowadays, theres so many great options for food and service for anyone to have to be cornered like this.

Ate here once on New Years Eve with my family and the food and service was phenomenal. Had the sesame chicken. It was very flavor full. Came here again in early January and was somewhat disappointed in service. My party and I were seen after the other 3 parties that came in. Meanwhile the ONE server was giving her attention to the same table the entire time. While THREE hosts just sat at the stand and one even acknowledged we hadnt been helped and did nothing...good thing their food makes up for it. And they have pretty big sizes so there were left overs for the next day. Even still yummy!

Ordered the Orange Chicken for take-out. The portion was OK for $13 and the white rice as a side was pretty good. Definitely no orange in the Orange Chicken though but a Minute Maid-0%juice-lemonade artificial citrus flavor and a lingering umami taste (A.K.A. MSG). A little bit spicy as well, which can be justified by being prepared by people who also make Thai. Strangely no chopsticks in the take-out bag. Will give it a second chance at Sushi Happy Hour.

The food and service was so bad. I have never been treated with so much disrespect ever. The waitress yelled at me and told me she would never serve me the next time. All because I didnt leave the amount of tip she was asking for that she did not deserve. Also the food is not even that great, and the sushi I got had hair. MOST DISGUSTING PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO DONT COME HERE!! Worst service.

The restaurant is stylish and clean, but I typically do take-out sushi. Ive tried several other sushi restaurants in the area and the food at Tao is decent, but other places just as close to my house have better quality for the same price. The food is not bad and several menu items provide much larger portions than other places. Their Kung-Fu is good, but not the best :)

Very bad service, Overprice just because is located in Windermere, seriously 8 dumplins and 12 boneless spareribs (no rice, no eggroll) just de ribs $16! Way out of proportion, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! and the "manager" has the nerves to question my dissatisfaction trying to make me feel like I was in fault. Never again!

Service to place my oder was slow. Unknown reason. Workers were assembling plastic bags and paper bags at one table, which proved to be very noisy. However, the sushi and 5 flavor pork meal was so very good! We will go back to try other menu items. Perhaps Saturday night worker activities will be less noisy next time.

The lady and guy who service is just rude. Service was that good so I was going to tip 10% then the guys got all mad. First time I went older lady was saying I had to tip her 18%. All I can say there service is terrible. I like the other 2 ladys that works night shift at they are really care about the customers.

Service was good at first. Needless to say I found a piece metal pot scrubber in my bowl of rice. Instead of the manager apologizing, she explained why it was in there. NOT ONCE did they apologize for the metal being in my dish. Luckily I looked at my spoon before eating it. Never eating there again. Horrible

I ordered the teriyaki steak lunch bento box. 1. Waitress was rude. 2. Steak over cooked and hard. 3. Teriyaki was thick and tasted burnt. 3. I ordered fried rice, but bento came out with white rice and I had to remind waitress I ordered fried rice. Over all...thumbs down.
