We went to this place (located in a nice area in Mint Hill) to check out the food. The food was great but the lady who was in the front taking our order was extremely rude and not customer service oriented. She was rushing our order and then one of my friends mistakenly order a different plate and the lady got very upset and told us that we were to make sure what our order was going to be! We were all soft spoken and gentle but when she yelled at us like that I was like "Maam she made a mistake, do you understand that? If not then lets go". She did not apologize in any moment, she just said "ok, i will change the plate but make sure you order correctly the next time" in a very rude tone. I was so in shock, about to leave but my friend told me to leave it like that for this time but that we will not be coming here again, NEVER! For Customer Service, I am giving them an F!!!

I was told by someone that places like these dont engage with their customers, and Ill admit, I agreed with that. However, this place was amazing in that regard. The staff was very attentive and respectful. I really appreciate this kind of service. I was watching how they treated the other customers as I waited on my meal. Also, their sense of urgency was high! They were moving and cleaning and working with smiles and moderate to high energy. When a restaurant makes you feel this valuable, you cant deny them a good review. Food: Looks great, and I cant wait to eat it. I wish they were closer to my home. All the food was piping hot and fresh. There was one aspect of my meal that I didnt particularly care for but I wont mention it due to the variety of palates. This place is a contender for some of the best casual Asian Ive had.

I hate to give such a low rating because the staff is so nice, but Ive eaten here twice and have food safety concerns. First tried this back in February 2016 and got food poisoning. Thought Id give it another go. Tried again today and ordered hibachi steak. First thing I noticed was that the vegetables were overcooked, the shrimp sauce is too sweet, and its more like beef than the "steak" you would get at a Japanese restaurant. I ate about half of the container. When Im on my last bite of beef, I noticed some red liquid running down my fork. Split the meat apart and realized it is seriously undercooked. I dont mind a little pink, but this made my stomach turn. Sadly, this will be my last visit.

This was by far the best Chinese food my husband and I have ever eaten! I got cashew chicken which is not a spicy dish but I asked for it to be slightly spicy and it was just perfect! The portions are huge so you have plenty to take home. Service was excellent and everyone was very warm and welcoming. This was our first visit here and youd better believe well be back!

I live right around the corner and I go there ALL the time. I love the food and prices for the amount given. For the person below that had a difficult time, i dont know what you did, but the service is always excellent and they VERY polite. (and they have gotten my order wrong before)..... I have eaten here for years and i will keep doings so for years to come.

Best Asian food ever! Been going there for several years, with friends, after church on Sundays. Service is excellent thanks to Dee, Debbie, Andy and Mae! Compliments to the cooks and kitchen staff for fresh, quick, and delicious food. Good stories also provided free by Debbie. Just ask for the latest update on Bacon!

The sesame chicken looks like sweet and sour chicken. It was very nasty. The lo mein is very tasteless, it taste like garlic powder and plain noodles. The chicken looked like it wasnt real. This is the worst place I ever tasted. It wasnt worth the $32 I just spent with them. At least my dogs will enjoy dinner.

Very good main dish and egg rolls. Even the appetizer was really good (cheesy wontons). The only *slight* downside is the rice, but its not a big deal since its not the reason for going here. Service is friendly and food is cooked/served relatively fast, especially for a sit-down place.

This place is amazing. Was introduced to it last week by the family, and went back today. The food is fresh and flavorful. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My new #1 asian place to go. Only bad part is that they are in Mint Hill and I am in University.

Great little gem hidden in mint hill. The atmosphere was relaxing and service was excellent. I had lunch here and the price was very reasonable. The food was stellar and I will definitely come back when I have a craving for an Asian cuisine!

Always friendly service and good food. The prices are reasonable and you get plenty of food. You can request if you want it to be spicy or not. My wife and I eat there every week. They have carry out and always take care of their customers.

Went there and ordered Sesame Chicken, House fried rice, chicken and broccoli and wings. This was the worst tasting chinese food weve ever eaten. Chicken was dryyyyy, broccoli wasnt cooked, sesame chicken was runny and not sweet.

We eat here every couple of months or so. The owners are very friendly, and love seeing their regulars come in... especially our 1 year old daughter! Oh yeah, their food is really good too.
