Absolutely appalling. If there were 0 stars that is what Id choose. I never leave bad reviews but I HAVE to for other peoples sake. My family and I were on a road trip and stopped here after 12 hours on the road. The $7.99 banner waving near the road caught our attention so we decided to give it a go. When we walked in the door there was a sign that said $8.99 Sunday buffet?! When my wife questioned the girl at the counter about the sign and false advertising, the girl said "$8.99, you eat or not?" With four kids in tow, we decided to eat. DO NOT EAT HERE. There was little to choose from and what was there looked disgusting. My wife questioned the food and fresh food was brought out, edible, thank goodness. Our six year old wanted white rice, it was sour; had to wait for fresh. Our one year old wanted fruit, there were fruit flies flying all around and dead ones in the oranges; no fruit for him! This is by far the worst restaurant our family has ever dined at. Our original plan was the restaurant next door, should have stuck with that... Dont waste your money!

I am pretty sure there are prisons in third world countries that have better food and service than this place. They have the rudest wait staff. To top it all off the food has the same consistentcy as rubber. It probably would be healthier to eat rubber instead of the food in this place. Every time I walk out of the door i feel ripped off.First off the buffett is small for the price they are charging. I am sick of this place getting away with robbery. You pay them money and they supply you with some of the most disgusting food i have had the opportunity to put in my mouth. That is not how a business operates. They have to know their food is terrible. If they dont Im telling them now. Youre food is terrible. All of the food taste like it has been sitting for days under a hot lamp. It is terrible save yourself. I wish i had read the reviews on this place. They all are true.

I am originally from Hong Kong and a veteran of our (U.S.) great military. I have traveled half way around the world many times. With that being said.....this is the worst American Chinese buffet I ever had. I was traveling through and decided to try this place out. I should have read the comments before stopping. Everthing had a bad weird taste. I know the taste of great Chinese food and I understand this is American Chinese buffet. It still cant compare to all the other Chinese buffet I have had before. Lets talk about the staff.....no one can even crack a smile. They all seemed unfriendly. Wtf right?!? Are you all that miserable? Go find you another job. Im glad I will not be traveling back through there again. If I happen to come through again, I bet ya that I will not eat there.

I eat here every chance I get. Excellent selection, excellent taste, excellent food temperature. The rice, wontons, egg rolls, General Tso chicken, everything is fantastic. There is no longer an extra charge for the seafood selections - everything is now included, even the sushi. Goodness, such a huge selection of sushi, and every bit of it is artfully prepared, kept fully stocked, and tastes amazing. Go during happy hour (I think 2-4 pm?) and all this plus drink is about $5.50. You just cant beat this deal. They are never out of anything and are constantly restocking. Theres also a Mongolian barbecue that is excellent as well. I used to prefer Sun King, but Jade House is better, hands down.

We just left this restaurant, and I never leave bad reviews, but this one is needed. First off the food was discussing, really.. It was dry and most of it looked/ tasted like it had been sitting out for days. As we were sitting in the booth my 2 year old started freaking out saying there was a spider, I looked over her and it was not a spider it was cockroaches not 1 but 2 running up and down the wall. Also last but not least the girl at the front was not friendly at all and the atmosphere in the whole restaurant was dull and pretty depressing. So if you are thinking about eating here, do yourself a favor and dont! So not worth $30!

Awful...just awful. Based on the reviews my girl and I thought this would be a good one to try but boy were we wrong. We come in around 7 for a somewhat late dinner expecting food to still be fresh and plentiful, this was not the case however. Looked like the buffet had been ransacked by hordes of starving families to say the least and what they did have that I wanted was cold and dry as if it had been there since 6am. Service sucked. My drink stayed more the 3/4 empty before being slowly refilled once. Oh and keep In mind we were 1 of 2 groups of people in the entire place! STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE. Im sticking to my Sunking.

Pretty good Asian buffet with a plethora of options. Food quality at buffet restaurants is normally hit or miss, but Jade House is surprisingly good. They have quite a few options, and they even have a small hibachi bar where you select what meat, sauce, and extras you want, and a chef cooks it in front of you. Surprisingly, they have a decent sushi bar as well. Not the same quality as bona fide sushi restaurants, mind you, but not bad for a quick sushi fix on the cheap. Definitely worth a visit if you cant quite pinpoint what you want.

What happened to this place? This used to be one of our favorite places to eat sushi...despite the rude staff. After eating here tonight...we wont be back. The food on the buffet looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for days..it was disgusting and rubbery...The sushi was no where Near as good as it used to be.. and to top it off...we paid $40 to eat this sorry excuse for food! This place needs to be shut down....i would have given no stars but it wasnt an option...save your money...dont eat here!

Disappointed today. We got there shortly after opening and the place was filthy. The bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in a week. The plates on the bars were dirty. We went through 15 plates before finding a "clean" one. The food did not taste that great either. We have visited quite a few times in the past, but this may be our last. Not worth the money we spent today.

This was the most disrespectful Asian American food Ive ever ate from. The staff is disrespectful and had no greeting and the food is only acceptable if it was created to be gave to a animal or pet. This is not a suggested place to recommend anybody and I hope everybody stays away from this disgusting place they call a restaurant.

Jade House used to be a lot better than it is now. It used to be one of my favorite Chinese buffets, but not anymore. Lately the food that is in the buffet is always old and unappetizing. Definitely not worth what they charge considering the other Chinese buffets which are much better AND cheaper.

There are not much to choose from, the taste is not even worth to say regular with out getting into bad, the shrimp was so small that could not use the fork, I did use a spoon. I will not come back here
