I really like the food and thats why Im giving them 5 stars. I hope people realize that for such a small take out restaurant to stay in business for 14 years is no easy feat. The majority of people who complain about not getting enough meat in the rice, waiting too long for delivery, and bad service are here only because they did not like what they got and thus feel obligated to seek revenge by rating it 1 star on here. Many who loved Hong Kong just simply love it and does not think of going on Google to make others aware of how delicious this restaurant is. I just want others to realize that its not fair to the restaurant on the ratings bc of i response bias.

Customer service is the worst Ive ever had to incounter. I ordered food for delivery and received the wrong item. I called them immediately and was told I would have to bring it to them for the correct food. After I told him No. I just tipped the driver very good he said well its to late to cook the correct item and hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. As a business owner I would Never treat a customer like that. I will never order or recommend anyone to spend money with this very disrespectful business.

This was the worst food and customer service I have ever dealt with. My food came it was all dissgusting things were wrong so I called añd they came and picked up the food after fighting with them on the phone and were so rude and took money off of my refund for the nasty eggroll that went in the garbage. Then as they were leaving my house with the nasty food they told me never call them again which dont worry I wont. Please dont spend your money at this place. Green tea across the street is so much better go there.

My food arrived very old looking, as if they gave me someone else order that had been sitting out for hours. The grease must have been old to, because the crisp part of the chicken is not crisp at all, in fact, is mushy. My rice arrived not freshly made, but extra mushed together and hard. Never ordering again, 17 bucks down the drainage. I threw my order in the trash, my guy friend swallowed his pride and ate. Yuck! !!

Rude, incorrect, and horrible. Cheese wonton were sweet. Eeeewww! Beef fried rice was sticky and "beef" was mushy. Ordered without veggies and it was full of peas, carrots, and onions. When I placed the order he was rude and wouldnt really answer my questions. Didnt ask me how I was paying so I had to call back to make sure they were prepared to take a card. Horrible. $20 down the tubes.

Im picky about my food being use to my hometown restaurant.they are great, reasonable and delicious.screw the nay Sayers they are best in this area and enjoy their food. As far as service their in business to serve you not kiss your azz, not looking for smiley face just good food.best bet for your buck!!!!

I ordered carry out. It was ready very soon. I had ordered fried rice. The rice was dry and very dark brown color. The peas in it was so hard, couldnt chew them. I wont be getting good from there again, and will not recommend to my friends. They have a bunch of kids running the whole business.

Child on in the register was rude and the food was nasty . She walked away and yelled to the back before I could even finish order. Then came back with an attutude. I usually dont have a problem but I guess the little girl just started coming to the restaurant but she not very good

Best Chinese food in all of greater Auburndale. So glad to see family working together; this is rare in America today. We have eaten there for 11 years and have never been disappointed. Tried the on-line ordering tonight and it was very easy and efficient.

Mostly all Chinese restaurants let you grab your own soy sauce and duck sauce they dont , also they charge $.75 to a dollar for extra plates to separate your food with.... they throw customer service out the window ,to them its all about the extra money

Made me wait 2 hours i called 5 times to check on my order everytime i called they said my order was on its way then the last time i called they said they didnt get my order plus manager was really rude ... Never ordering here again

Worst Chinese EVER Beef rice rice had 7 pieces beef and came with yellow rice that has no taste what so ever should have came with brown rice! Best is in Peking House Lakeland save your money and go there.
