Short Stakk has no idea what he/she is talking about, as the food here is great. This is a mom and pop (literally) Chinese restaurant that will actually cook to order BEYOND the bland "american" chinese food that consumers like Short Stakk think is chinese food. The owner actually makes excellent "home made" from scratch dumplings that can be pan fried or steamed and sells out of them regularly. They also will make things like mapo tofu that is closer to the way it would be cooked traditionally. The style of cooking is more Szechaun and Cantonese from what I can tell so its always fresher ingredients than what I find at the Buffet. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. DO NOT EAT HERE!! I do not get how ANYONE can give this place a good rating. They gave us some strangely dark looking "tea" and said "Pay first, okay? No refund!"...That shouldve been my first red flag. But while were waiting for our food, the lady goes into the bathroom (of course touching the knobs) and didnt wash her hands. These folks are in the back preparing our food without gloves. Then after an hour we get our food and it was just nasty. There wasnt anything orange about the orange chicken I ordered. I feel sick... Ill never go back. "Mom and Pop" franchise? Spare me. More like 2 nasty old people that have zero idea about how to run a business!

I LOVE egg rolls and fried dumplings....LOVE....I feel like they are a pretty standard option at any Chinese place across the entire country, and therefore i assume that the quality of said items should be pretty much the same everywhere.....I was wrong.... The egg roll was over fried and bland, and the dumplings were charred and left much to be desired... Dont order from here.... Ever....

Ordered delivery, cheese wontons had a powder all over them, and anything fried is cooked way too long, the general tsos was not even close to how it should taste, was never told the price of our meals, even the fortune cookie was awful and stale.

Absolutely THE BEST restaurant in Spartanburg. Food was perfect. The man working was not only friendly but was truly happy that I was his customer. That is hard to find. If Im within 20 miles of Spartanburg, I will eat at this restaurant.

These people are great cooks and the epitome of the Mom and Pop chinese restaurant. Their home made dumpling ( jiaozi ) and their mappa tofu are what keeps me going back. All made to order and well worth waiting for.

The sweet and sour chicken tasted so bad that I couldnt finish it. It tasted like chalk. And the fried rice is nothing but Brown rice I will never spend money there again dont get food from then

Food is good but very little for combination plate like half of plate. And shrimp with lobster saus must be with jumbo shrimps ! Not baby shrimps! ,Atherwise is good,!

Ordered general tso chicken and fried dumplings. The general tso was cold and the dumplings are raw... Nasty food and over priced. Worse then Panda garden....
