How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. I decided to take my crew of workers here for our lunch break as they had earned a good lunch from working so well lately. We arrived at 12:08 & ordered our 4 orders of food. Nothing wild, nothing special, straight off the menu. Ordered to go as one of the men was waiting at the jobsite. After we ordered at least 5 people came, ordered and received their food and a couple even finished their meals while we waited 45 minutes for ours. When we finally asked how much longer it would be, we were greeted with annoyance by the one employee that talked to us, and a literal eye roll and ignoring us by the other we could see. If that had been the only bad part, no problem. Upon getting back to the jobsite and eating, we were met with one of the most bland Chinese meals Ive ever tried. The Mongolian beef was described by one coworker to be something that tasted as it was already processed through the human body. The lemon chicken left very much to be desired as well. The orange chicken was not wholly disappointing, but it was decent. The only saving grace of the place was it was clean and the price was fair. Not great, mind you, but fair. Will not be back.

It was one of the better looking places I have been to for Chinese food. But, with my experience, the "hole in the wall" places always seem to be the best. Here was no different. The food here was the best I have had in a while. My husband has had Chinese food from many place (I am a new lover of Chinese food), and he said the sesame chicken had wonderful flavor! The lady in the front was a little hard to understand, but the order was right, which is more than I can say for when we go to fast food and order to an english speaking american. All around, it hit the spot.. we will be going there again! Very good food! Also, very good value. We got our money worth, for sure!

Have been living in Charlotte for over a year. Have tried numerous chinese restaurants and none of them have amounted to anything I am used to. Coming from Atlanta I am use to a certain flavor. So I tried Jin Jin. The Singapore Mei Fun was just delish. Only problem was the tea. Its home made but has a wierd flavor. I can taste the lemon but there is something different. Other than that, the place was clean, affordable and the food had flavor. Will make this my go to for my chinese fix from this day forward.

Maybe we just ate on the wrong night but our take out cashew chicken was one of the worst experiences with cashew chicken we have ever had. Got it home and the chicken was small and dry with almost no brown sauce but still greasy.The whole entree looked overcooked and the fried rice was sticky and gooey. On the positive side, the people were very nice. I wish my experience could echo that of recent reviewers but we will not go here again.

I use to love this place, but lately, Ive been disappointed too many times. Tonight my chicken tastes old and weird as if it was stored in a cabinet on a shelf for a few days. I can fry excellent chicken and I know fresh chicken when I see it. This is ridiculous!!!! My boyfriend almost vomited immediately after eating this crap. Im done with just about every Chinese restaurant. This has ruined me. I couldve saved my money.

Horrible Experience first time ever going and will be my last! Trucker after being on the road was hungry and decided to give this place a try and I regret it! Soon as I finished eating I was sick to my stomach instantly! Not to mention no plastic ware placed in the bag no napkins the cashier act as if she was aggravated it was an all around terrible experience that I care not to repeat

I love this place! The food is always good and the service is great!. They have great lunch prices and you get a nice size portion. Our favorites are, garlic chicken, Chen wings with chicken fried rice or beef fried rice. Wonton soup and sometimes boneless spare ribs! Also, try to make lunch time because still great food but less money!

I get food from here almost every week for lunch. I think the value is outstanding and the food is great. I usually get the orange chicken and an egg drop soup. I have tried many other dishes and they are great also. They are very service oriented and will work with changes to an order. Keep up the good work.

Love the food because its fresh, not greasy or fatty. They have many types of tea & original smoothies. I had fried oysters & Mango drink. Theyre fast, friendly. Another visit I had a sub there, which was light, refreshing & healthy. Ill definitely stop there again

I eat the food at this restaurant on average a couple times a month. The food is always good. They make the best pork fried rice. Nice family run business. I have always gotten take out. I cant understand why someone would give this company an awful review.

This is the #1 Chinese place I go too. I hate they close on Mondays because thats when we crave the most. Everyone is nice and its clean. There is 1 guy that has an "aggressive tone" but I think thats how he is. So dont let that turn you away. Great food.

Good budget Chinese takeout. You can eat here if you want but its really more of a take out place. If you are into healthy eating this place is not for you. Definitely greasy and sodium packed. With that said I love it and frequent here often.

Ive been eating here since they opened many years ago and over the past year or so the quality and quantity of food that you get has rapidly declined. I think they are getting greedy and cheap. Spend your money somewhere else

The food was okay but they only give you four wings for the price of 6 they also.left my stuff out and I paid 15 bucks for wings and 2 egg rolls and yet they arent open two days in a row very unprofessional

I love this Chinese restaurant the food is always good and hot. I love their black pepper chicken,sesame seed chicken and honey chicken.I would recommend trying the sweet tea it is the best Ive ever had.

Jin Jin has great, MSG-free food at reasonable prices. And they put your food in containers that dont easily leak or spill. Great carry-out!!! Im a big fan of their General Shrimp and Orange Chicken.

I think alot of these rating are bought. Alittle to pricey for quality of Chinese and amount. General sos taste nothing like it should. Beef had no favor and was super chewy.
