I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Lets get that out of the way. This particular establishment is -- unfortunately -- a below average BW3. The service is spotty at best. Even on relatively slow times, you can be hard pressed to find your server. What is really strange is that you must be sat in the bar area. I have never been to a BW3 that is not open seating in the bar area. This means that if you want a small high top in the bar area, you need to wait for a hostess. Then you need to play the, "nah, I dont really like this table because I cant see the [insert sports team here] game" game. You can of course seat yourself at the actual bar -- but if you find there are no seats, you need to walk your happy ass back to the front of the restaurant to be sat. *sigh*. More importantly, Im 95% sure that my credit card information was stolen from here (I had JUST gotten a new card and this was the only place I had used it). I recommend bringing cash. The food is good, but I find it lacking the consistency I expect in a nationally recognized brand. I find wings are often under sauced or over cooked. So do yourself a favor and order an extra side of your favorite sauce. Other food options have generally been good and consistent, making the occasional lack of wing quality so odd. The beer selection is great, but do not expect your server to be able to make recommendations. Hell, at times youll be hard pressed to know what beers they have without walking to the taps. Expect to pay around $5 for a tall (22 oz) domestic. Miller Lite typically the beer of the month. But the beers always cold and the sports are always on.

Horrible! We sat at table 6 min before our server acknowledged us. He passed us, just didnt say anything until he was ready. Aftering ordering, it took 45 minutes to get our food. Dronks were only refilled when asked even though yhey were empty. We were offered a courtesy appetizer, because things were taking so long. I thought this was kind, until I got the bill and was charged for it. As we were leaving, I asked young lady behind counter up front for a business card. I was told, "I have no idea where they are." There had to be a better answer than that. Not a good visit.

Rics Trailer Transport & Wiring

All the staff are great. Eric the GM always comes by to say Hi to my family. I was there the day it opened and ever since it feels like family. The waitress staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Diego is a good people person and always comes to say hello too. He took my kids to the kids vending games and paid the dollar to get them a ball! Food is great and always served hot. Never had a problem with the food. Way to go Buffalo Wild Wings! You scored a big win with this location! Ric & family

I would give 0 stars. TERRIBLE!!! Over an hour wait for food. Had to return food multiple times because the order was wrong, and eventually just ate food because we were tired of sending it back. My friend had water and waitress got mad at him because SHE charged for a $2.00 drink. Put in a to go order that we paid for and left after an hour of waiting and manager said "we just gave it to your friend." None of our food orders came out right. NEVER returning. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.

We have been frequenting this place for the past e to 4 years ok Tuesdays for the transitional wings special. About a couple months ago BWW reduced the portion size of each wing order, then last night we found out that the traditional wings Tuesday is no more. It has been replaced with "Boneless wings" in OTHER WORDS CHICKEN NUGGETS. Needles to this is going well for us, and we plan on frequenting a different restaurant.

Great atmosphere, nice staff. I cant get a good wing here. I wanted to like it. Rock Hill has too many Wing restaurants for this place to have mediocre wings & want to be a front runner. Ive tried on many occasions. Wings are big, fatty, & not crispy, even when Ive ordered extra crispy... just to get par crispiness. If you want good food and service this is not the place for you we where seated in the restaurant and never had not one person come over to ask for drinks there where only four other tables filled so they where pretty much empty and the staff was just standing around talking if you want good food and service I recommend longhorns steak house thats 2minutes away great service and food

I took a late lunch to avoid the crowd. There were only a few people there at the time. I ordered a wrap and it was 35 minutes later before I got my order. The manager came to apologize and told me that he would take care of the order. Not sure what he meant because I received a bill for the full price. I will never choose this place again for lunch.

I would have liked to have added a picture to this rating but my order was wrong and so it wasnt all in front of me at the same time. Unusually slow kitchen today. BWW has great tasting grilled chicken for anyone trying to stay away from deep fried. Theyre known for wings of course and have a good variety sides. Upscale bar food. Friendly servers.

Good food and beers, horribly slow service. Every time we have been to this location it has taken at least 40 minutes or longer to get our food after placing our orders. We will see other people get our food before us even if they came after us. When we get our food its always great, its the kitchen is always show.

Went to this location on a "non football" Sunday with my family (all 3 of us). We waited for over 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited another 15 minutes without having our drink order taken. During our time here i observed 5 different members of the wait staff standing around talking/laughing. WE LEFT!

Their wings are pretty good, and I like their selection of sauces a lot, but its really loud in there. I mean, thats the type of place that it is, so i cant really fault them for it, but to me its kind of unpleasant. Prices are kind of high in my opinion as well, but not so much that I wont go back.

Mediocre at best. Ordered wings extra wet, came out so dry I didnt get sauce on my fingers eating them. Service was slow, by the time I got my extra sauce, my food was cold. Place has been steadily going down hill for a while, and when they cant understand the word "wet", its pretty well hit bottom.

Wings are delicious but more importantly customer service was on point. Eric the GM made sure of that. Upon my arrival, the waitress didnt realize Id came in and when Eric came by he made sure I was attended to immediately and placed a rush on my order. Foods great and so are the people! ;)

Took at least 10 mins to get our drinks after 10 mins of waiting for a server to come over, food took a really long time & some of it was wrong. My chicken in my chicken tacos were very dried out & old looking. Refills on beer took a while too. Not a good experience & it wasnt even busy at all
