First of all, the nacho plate is amazing, and its basically the reason I come. But it doesnt excuse the rest of it. The freedom burger comes with tomatoes, cheddar, bacon, fried egg, and lettuce. I moved the lettuce to the side and added some ketchup and I thought that it was going to taste awesome. It didnt. First of all, the amount of tomatoes was lacking. Instead of one or two big ripe and tasty slices there were three small slices. The bacon had no crispness. It was hard and chewy, and in some spots rubbery. There also wasnt enough cheese to give it that good cheddar taste. The egg was fine, but instead of the burger tasking like a guilty pleasure, it tasted like a heavy beast with little flavor. And while its a little less important, Id like to mention the bathrooms. I needed to go before our food came out, and the mens room was in shambles. For one, the door handle was busted, wobbling loose within the hole of the door. The room itself had two stalls, with those up and over sorts of locks. Problem being that instead of sliding into a metal insert, they slid into the stalls wood frame. Meaning that over time one of them simply could not lock anymore because the wood was busted. So I had to use the big stall with the handles, which had its own sink. Not a very good sink, as it wasnt properly connected and the metal base didnt connect the the bowl of the sink. If your going there for a snack, thats cool. I wouldnt recommend this place if youre by yourself, its great with larger groups. In all honesty though, Id rather go to the jasons deli across the street.

Today, for the second time in a row, my friend and were offended by the lack of service provided to us while three to four tables of White guests were tended to promptly. In fact, when other waiters or waitresses noticed we were waiting for an extended period of time, they simply stood there but immediately flocked around the tables of guests who came after us. Other guests received a greeting and prompt services while my friend and I sat there waiting. I honestly assumed the last incident was isolated and thought nothing of it however, today was the last straw and we decided to walk out. One waitress in particular overheard me say Im about to leave and asked us what we wanted to drink (she had passed by us to serve the other White customers) but returned without our orders and said oh, someone will be with you shortly. The customers she passed us to serve had ordered the exact drinks we ordered however, she simply passed us for a second time with their order in her hands. By this time, I had had enough and simply stood up and left. I spoke with the Manager who was very apologetic however, once too many times had this occurred with the selective service. I simply reported what happened and left.

I have gone to Libertys on two separate occasions. The first time was more than a year ago and the food was good. The last time was this past Sunday, and I can honestly say I have never had a worst meal. I was with a party of four and we all left disappointed with our meal. I ordered eggs benedict, which was so over cooked that it was as if I had two hard boiled eggs on an English muffin. To top it off all of us received our meals cold. We would have complained to the waitress, however we did not see her again until twenty minutes later when she brought the check. I understand that Liberty is undergoing renovations, but that is no excuse for such a poor quality of food or service. I honestly could have received a better meal at Huddle House or McDonalds. If the quality of food is that greatly effected by renovations, the restaurant should close down and reopen when they are finished. It is very disappointing and my experience will probably prevent me from going to Liberty Taproom again.

We came here for the Sunday brunch. Loads of parking outside. We had no trouble getting a table and the server was quickly at our table to ask us how to get started. I was very impressed with the selection on the brunch menu and had a hard time determining what I actually wanted to order. I finally just decided to go breakfast. The eggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. Im going to cover the parts in best to worst. The eggs were some of the best Ive ever had, they had a great flavor and I could not have been happier. I just wish the rest of the meal could have been so good! The toast was cold and was probably prepared first. The bacon was good tasting, but was too greasy and seemed old. I asked the server to have the potatoes cooked crispy and they were not even close to it. The server should have noticed it and had them fix it before he brought it out. Since I was so hungry I decided to just eat what they brought me, but I probably wont be going back for brunch. Do better Liberty!

Seven of us went to Liberty Tap Room Saturday night for restaurant week and really enjoyed it. We all ordered off the COMFORT FOODS menu. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was great and I wish I remembered his name. If you are looking for a quiet setting, this isnt it. Its pretty loud but that didnt bother us. We all got salads and they were really good and a big portion size. Several of us had the Bourbon Chicken and we all enjoyed it. Our DHs tasted it and wished they had ordered it too. Two of them ordered the Liberty Chicken and although they had no complaints they liked the Bourbon better. Another person had the pasta dish and loved it. Everyone got dessert too. They were huge and all good. The cheesecake was yummy and not that normal little frozen slice you get at most places. The brownie was good too. We would go here again and recommend it. Oh, the pumpkin martini was good too.

Chelsea, our waitress, offered the worst service I have ever received at this establishment. From our view, she only had two tables: ours and a large party right next to us. I have been coming here for over a year and have never felt so invisible while being waited on. I had to ask for every refill, condiment, etc. The nice gentleman who brought out our meals was more fit for being a waiter. She never checked on our table, asked if we had all that we needed or, bother to spend more than 4 seconds interacting with our party. We had a party of two, by the way. She really creates a bad reputation for Liberty. I did not even receive my entire order but felt as too much of a bother to even mention this to her. I wouldve had to light myself on fire to grab her attention anyway.

I use to come and spend alot of time and money here. In the last 2 weeks I have been there three times. I brought my bro for his bday dinner, my coworkers for drinks and apps and my daughter on the nite of Vista Lights. The service was mediocre, I didn’t feel valued and I had never before, but two of the visits I was not pleased nor satisfied with the food. When I spoke to both waitresses the response was " Im sorry" thats it no offer for management at all. Anywho its disheartening because I work really hard for my coins and I felt like I just gave my money away. I still tipped them 15-20% and kept it moving but I wont be referring Liberty anymore.
