It was the worse! I order some hot wings and they were not fresh so I went in there and ask for some fresh hot wings. The cashier said that they cannot take it back to throw it away in the trash up front I said no problem he said it was going to be eight minutes I said no problem. So I seen him and two other of the employees peeking and next thing I know I see him and another employee picking up a hot wing I guess from the batch that they gave me and started eating them I guess to see if I was wrong about them not being fresh. I called the manager to the front and I told her I want my money back; I told her if the employees are going to eat the food with their hands they need to be a little bit more discreet about it.

I would have given this particular KFC 5 stars because even though during my visit during buffet hours, there wasnt any food available and I as well as several others had to wait for them to replace it with new food. The service was terrible and a teenaged girl tried to interact with an employee complimenting her on her appearance and the employee didnt even acknowledge her comment. Aside from this the food I did receive (when I finally got it) was the best food from ANY KFC Id ever eaten, had it not been for the really bad service and lack of cleanliness they wouldve received a 5 star from me.

I went to KFC on 153 in Powdersville...cashier just looked at me did not greet me did not ask me for my order basically i told her i guess i was supposed to read her mind on what am i going to hae....i got the buffet all the food like the sides needed refreshing...was hardly any chivken...i had to ask for mashed potatoes and the look i got was like i said the wrong thing on my second trip i had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me and i asked for more chicken...the service was awful....

Even though we arrived late, the employee that met us at the counter was none too friendly and spent more time with his ear buds in listening to something. We were left was the impression that we were a hindrance. After waiting for our food to come out, it was brought to the counter and left. That wouldnt have bothered me if the store had been busy, but we were the only ones in the dining room. We had to ask for our cups for drinks, and for the pladticwear. All in all, not a very pleasant experience.

I went through the drive-thru around 3:31 afternoon I ordered a meal of chicken tenders and wedges for $10 I asked if they were extra crispy or original and the person that waited on me was not very knowledgeable about which they were I ordered them anyway I had to wait 18 minutes for my order I had to pull up and three other cars came behind me and got their food and he left if youre in a hurry I wouldnt recommend it the food is hot but the service is slow

Terrible staff. I dont understand why people who work fast food seem like they hate there life, nobody takes pride in what they do anymore and expect us to respect them....place was trashy, garbage overflowing and the bar was gross, everything needed to be switched out because it was old, quit hiring lazy idiots who dont care, who the hell runs this place?

Worst service I have ever experienced at kfc. Customer service was terrible. I watched 4 customers walk out due to poor service and not having any pot pies. The food was just as terrible as the service.I would not reccomend this particular kfc, nor will I ever stop there again. Very disappointed with kfc.

Never have what I want , I had my mouth fixed for a pot pie they never have pot pies , they always leave out something I ordered and paid for, poor service too long wait time , I wouldnt mind waiting if they have what I Want, I went today the manager and employees walked out

Customer service is poor, almost like youre an inconvenience to them. Trash overflowing, not enough chicken. Tea was out, no one apparently didnt want to refill. If it wasnt for the food being more than decent, we would have left. Definitely will not be returning.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 min. Was tired of waiting so we went in side and waited for 15 MORE minutes at the Register. was not even acknowledged by any employee. Do not recommend going here unless you have hours to wait. Super rude and unprofessional staff.

This place is like any other kfc. Was a bit quiet when we visited. Its easy to miss the road leading up to it if you are coming in from I-85. It also had a buffet option. You pay for the buffet and you get to stuff your plate.

Got there apparently at shift change, lack of chicken on bar, made us order to go. Slow kitchen but got food relatively quick, got home: no breasts, short 2 pieces of chicken and forgot a side. Sad being off the Interstate.

Completely bad service waited for 10 minutes for my food, not to mention they helped those who ordered AFTER me and just let me wait. Bad service/all the excuses in the world. And im pretty sure he spit in my mac n cheese

This place is falling fast. The buffet was terrible. The food on it was old, and some of it was sour. I really like this location, but if something isnt done quickly to correct it, its not going to be around much longer.

At first the lady told us they had no legs in original only qrispy,then she said their would be a five minute wait on biscuits WTF! We were offerd an item in place of the legs but Im sure original is still most popular.

you have to wait on them to stock the buffet at lunch rush . they have crew members who lack motivation to perfrom job duties properly and on time . one acts as is she has a problem with the public as a servant

The buffet is the most unkept buffet i have ever seen.the chicken is hard from setting for hours and if you ask for fresh you are just whistling in the wind.the vegs are straight from the can with no seasoning.

Place is dirty. Counter help was watching less than friendly. My wifes order took more than 20 minutes. They buffet was in poor shape. They refunded our money.
