At this store the owner has decided that all combos come with Mashed Potatoes and Coleslaw. So when you get a combo that says that it comes with your choice of 4 sides youll get two mashed and two coleslaws. The manager said that since they are a franchise they can have their own rules and exclusions. Be prepared to pay $1.00 per side that isnt one of those two. It is the principle not the money. I call it bait and switch. The manager said "The sign says it somewhere and it applies to everything" Also, when we do come to KFC (not very often) they are always out of something. This time it was biscuits - 10 minute wait. Nice planning on a holiday weekend!

The food is awesome and the buffet is great! However, when I hit the door theres a smell of a nasty bathroom or sewage. In addition, I think its time for an upgrade ... floors dont look clean, tables an chairs llok like an old diner ... Lets just remodel this place and add 2 TVs ... Separate the take out counter from the buffet section. .. dim a few lights and make this the best fast food chicken restaurant in town!

went there a hr before they closed and they ran out of chicken told us to come bk in 15 min and they decided to close 40 min early. r u serious. and the food the next day was horriable. chicken wasnt finished and pink inside, mash potatoes were nasty and soggy and cole slaw was trifflin! do not recommend this place and i will call corparate! and need people who speak english on the monitor! terriable experiance

Good customer service. Very nice people. Sometimes not the cleanest place inside but for the most part theyre fast and get the orders right. They do have a problem remembering to give you a fork or spoon to eat mashed potatoes or other sides with so I made it a habit to ask for one. Other than that no complaints.

DISGUSTING RESTAURANT!!!! The place was disgusting. Tables not clean,salt and pepper shakers had crud on them. Window seal the ledge part had built up food that looks like its been there for months.the workers arent wearing gloves no hair nets. The workers are rude and hateful. Ill never eat at this kfc again.

It suck. Only reason i come back cause i love fried chicken but this place has the worse customer service ever. The employees there are sloppy no proper training for there job and most important customer. Once they build churches chicken by big bend me and my family will never go there again

I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. The selections are limited, the staff appear trashy, the store is filthy, and the seating area is small. Even at the buffet you can do much better. I suggest you skip it. Youd be better off eating off your kitchen floor at home.

Everytime I go there, they give me the wrong food, last time they put original chicken inside the mash potatoe bowl, instead of popcorn chicken.... Next day I went asked for the same thing and they gave me a number 5... Do not go there.. dont waste your time

The worst KFC. Waiting for me is ok, but waiting long and they mess up my order not ok. They got my hot wings and gave me the original chicken instead of crispy. I give them a one star for the hot wings they were good after i had to go inside and get them.

The one star is for the food. The place isnt big enough to be a buffet. It was extremely nasty. Flies inside, buffet area messy. The lady cleaning the buffet did a horrible job.Its a nice area,but whoever is in charge has a lot of WORK TO DO.

This one of the dirtiest restaurants we have been to. The buffet was not being refilled and there was always a line waiting for good to be refilled. A gentleman in front of us complained the bathrooms were filthy. We will never go back.

I like the buffet. It is a good deal financially. The place is always kind of messy. Do not know if not enough help or if employees have not enough guidance or if they simply do not care. I go there because i like the food!

Oddly this is the first kfc that Ive been to that had a buffet! A kfc with a buffet! 8 bucks u get a small drink you can refill. And as much chicken as you can eat. I give this place an A for originality.

Came here at the busiest time around 12:30 on April 4th and the staff and management team was very helpful. The manager was actually clearing and cleaning tables.
