Im reviewing the store in Myrtle Beach at the Rodeo Dr. location. While I first must say that the food was delicious, I feel it would only be fair to explain why I gave this store 1 star. I was extremely pleased to overhear a hostess of yours address another patron who looked to be in my opinion around the age of 60-70 years old. He also happened to be wearing a US Marine ball cap. While seating this man I heard the hostess thank him for his service to which he seemed incredibly grateful for. Shortly there after, I overheard heard another employee approach and seemingly scold her for thanking this gentleman because she said that she shouldnt thank him because "he chose to enlist and he must want to die." In my opinion this woman (host) who also seemed to be this mans general age, ought to be ASHAMED of herself! Whether or not he chose to enlist or was most likely drafted, this woman was completely out of line. While I like Olivegarden and truly hope this is not how Olivegarden encourages their employees to treat veterans. While I will continue to eat at Olivegarden, I will most likely look for a different store. I just felt that I needed to enlighten mgmt as to the impressions one may conclude regarding this restaurants public display of disdain for those who sacrifice their lives for the freedom of everyone in this country including this ungrateful miserable human being.

If I could give a negative star I would. Our waiter was wonderful, but the manager is awful!!! Do not eat there if you have any integrity at all. Sorry for the length of this post, but its important. My mum and I were going into the restaurant and noticed a skinny old man sitting on the bench with a Bible and his bags beside him. He had a cognitive deficit as well. I offered myself to pay for the man a meal. He did NOT ask for anything. As we were ordering, the manager whipped out the front door and said he was kicking the man off of the property for "bothering" customers. I was in the process of ordering food for myself and the man. My mum and I both left the restaurant. We were meet with hostility from the manager. The same form of hostility that he used to run off another human being. There are better ways of handling this than the unprofessional way that this manager did. As a minister, I am appalled and brokenhearted. Please, think twice before eating there.

I just came from there with my family. Many things went wrong the waitress name Kerry S. She was si frustrated when we first got there. She didnt wanted to take our order, she took forever to take it and still gave us an attitude. We told her we wanted separated checks from the begin she said it was fine. At the end she gave everything wrong the checks. Because she was in a rush, my moms salmon was raw she had ask for it to be well-done. My Brothers chicken was burn. Worst place ever. And the manager didnt even bother to go and apologize to us. I guess i have to talk to some one better then the manager so this wont happen again.

My husband and I were here in November 2016. We payed for our meal and the next week when I checked my bank account the waiter had added a 1 in front of his tip making the tip more than we planned to give. I called the manager immediately and was told this would be resolved and I should expect a refund in a couple of days. Here it is almost 2 months later and Ive had 4 different conversations with the manager and still have not seen a refund. I will never go here again. Ive pretty much come to accept that Im not getting my money back but for everyone else please just check your receipts and bank account.

We sat for 20 min and not one single person stopped and helped us. Couldnt even get any drinks. We pushed the call server button and nothing. This place is going way down hill fast in customer service. As we walked out the lady at the first desk ( who sat us ) simply said have a good day. Not wondering why we were leaving so soon. We told her no one showed up and she only said oh Im sorry. Nothing else. Didnt try to get us help didnt find another way to fix the issues and just let us walk. And you can guarantee we will never be back.

While we usually love Olive Garden, this one (very close to home) was awful. Its really a shame, as we were routine (about twice a week) customers before my military husband retired and we moved back home to the Myrtle Beach/ Conway area. After trying different locations nearby we felt the quality was not what we were used to. Still we tried twice more here at the one closest to our home on Hwy 501 near Myrtle Beach and it only got worse. Unfortunately, Olive Garden has lost our business. Even their cheese ravioli is terrible.

Im only giving 4 stars because the manager Amanda is awesome Terrible service, over charged by $8, kids meal and salad took over an hour. Ended up boxing it up. And really if I would have waited for a new bill my minimal meal would have taken 30 minutes longer. Hats off to her she has a lot on her plate with the inconsistent staff and does an amazing job with what she has to work with. I will come back just because if something is not right she will fix it with a smile!

When you pay your bill, the waitress is standing right on top of you while you have to inter the tip you want to leave. They have a machine yeah it is preset to leave a 20% tip and the only way you can change that his to slide a scale up or down to increase or decrease the tip. To me that is a very uncomfortable place to be in and I doubt I will go back there anymore because of that technique they use with the tip amount being predetermined.

I came in for lunch with my wife and son. The food took a little while to get to our table, during which point my wife had to leave because our son became fussy. After I requested the check, I was notified that the manager took care of our bill because of the wait. Its not very often that an establishment values its customers time. Thank you to the manager, Amanda and staff who brightened my wifes and my day. Well be back again for sure.

We were here about 2 weeks ago and had an awful experience, the service was just awful, and the order was wrong. It took about 15 minutes for a server who was not even ours to notice that we had not been helped, and she brought us our drinks, and after that it took another 15 minutes for our actual server to take our order, and my order was wrong. We used to be regulars here, not anymore. This place is going downhill fast.

The service in the beginning was awesome. But that changed fast. Took forever to get drinks and bread sticks. Received the food and the plates were extremely hot which means they sat in the window for a long time. First time I ever had soggy over cooked ravioli portobello. Never again. She never said things were backed up or said sorry for the slow wait. Very disappointed.
