overheard a few friends who I know know Italian food rave about this place so I decided to try it before taking my brother who is a real italian food connoiseur. I also saw the very positive reviews on various sites. It was the absolute best Italian food I have experienced in the area and probably one of the best restaurant experiences Ive had in a long time. Being in a Harris Teeter strip mall you may not normally think of stopping in and trying the food but that would be a big mistake. Once inside the restaurant is well appointed, comfortable and inviting. The wait staff (ask for Anthony) was very friendly, attentive and well versed on the menu. The menu was extensive and they have a good wine selection. They usually offer specials each night and I found they were accommodating to special requests. The bread was warm and delicious with just the right amount of spices. The salads were crisp and fresh. Many of the pastas are home made and the sauces were delicious. I had a seafood pasta dish the first night I was there which was excellent and the second night (yes I went back) the veal Saltimboca was prepared to perfection. The rum cake dessert I had could have had a little more rum but otherwise was OK. They had many other desserts to choose from. While we were there we witnessed the owner preparing entrees and desserts tableside which was very impressive.I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who has been looking for a realistic itialian dining experience

Easily one of the worst restaurants I have been to for the price point! Unbelievably bad service. Not just slow, but clearly untrained. We ordered a bottle of wine and he just poured both glasses full. Even servers in low end restaurants know to have you taste it first before pouring. Then he NEVER poured another glass. We had to ask for refills on water EVERY time our glasses were empty. And they would only refill the persons glass who asked!! Also had to ask (and wait a long time) for refill on bread (which I normally dont even eat, but was ready to starve to death waiting so long for our dinner). We had to go up to the bar ourselves to get a wine bucket. But the final kicker was when he came to clear away dishes and took away the wine bucket with our wine (still about a fourth full). We were in conversation and didnt realize he had walked away with it until we saw him at the bar DUMPING out the last of our wine!! My husband raced over to stop him. He pretended it was empty, but then gave us a glass of wine to "make up for it" (unfortunately, we were driving and had enough to drink... we had intended to re-cork the bottle and finish it at home!) The food was decent, but for the price should have been better. The atmosphere is very lacking. I am truly shocked at the positive reviews out here! They must have a lot of friends and family posting!

Easily the best Italian restaurant in the Raleigh area, and weve tried most of the alternatives. Read the negative reviews below, and cant imagine why those people wrote them unless they truly had a "one off" experience here. Weve been going to this restaurant since before they moved from the Fuquay-Varina location, and have never had a bad meal, bad service, or felt that we were over charged in anyway. Cant believe someone would suggest the Olive Garden is anywhere in their league (clearly someone with little taste for good Italian food)... Highly recommend Bellinis for couples date night, family " get-togethers", or any occasion!

Service was delayed and the server rode the support staff too much, to the point they would toss the silverware in front of us and drop the bread basket in a frustrated manner. Poor timing of apps and alignment of meal by the server, sometimes this is a kitchen issue, but keep your tables abreast to the situation. Not just keep passing by quickly as though to avoid making contact or being approached. The food was good, but due to poor timing, lack of information, poor server table presence, and frustrated support staff this was a subpar experience. Other tables we noticed were not too thrilled either.

You dont even know. I had it on good authority that this is the BEST Italian food to be found anywhere in the Raleigh area, and boy oh boy, he was right. You probably have never eaten Italian or Italian-American food this good. Everything from the service to the house-made sangria and desserts to the unreal, out of this world pasta screams five stars. I got the seafood linguine. He got the manicotti. We shared Italian cheesecake. Even my cup of coffee before the drive back to Raleigh. It was all so good! We seriously couldnt have picked a better place for our anniversary dinner. #EatBellini!

Thank you Bellinis for allowing me to use your place to host a dinner after my wifes funeral service. We been customers of Bellinis since you first opened 7 years ago in Fuquay. It is not much of an exaggeration that we ate this once a week and brought local and visiting guests there. Everyone was always pleased. Your service some 200 friends, co-workers and family and everyone is still talking about how wonderful the day was. Thank you for allowing me to use your restaurant for the day. You guys are a class act. - Lou Ferretti (in memory of my beloved wife, Theresa)

For years we have been eating at Bellini and have never had a bad meal. Everything from the staff to the ambiance is exceptional. We used to compare every place ate with Il Palio in Chapel Hill or some of the restaurants where we ate in Italy. Now Bellini is the standard. Im writing this because we were given a gift certificate to another restaurant down the road which I would give a reluctant two stars. Thanks for all the things that you do to make our dining special.

We have lived in FV for a little over a year and have visited Bellini several times. We have not been disappointed with any of our visits. The wait staff has always been friendly, responsive and informative. Bar drinks and wine are well done and the food has been fantastic. The only downside is that the dining area is basically one big room with somewhat of a divider in the middle and it can get noisy when busy. Other than that, highly recommended!

I always love the food at Bellini. They were always accommodating when we asked for substitutions to a dish or even when we asked for an item not even on the menu. On the other hand, the service has taken a dramatic down-turn, from when the manager Joe ( not sure if he was a partial owner?? ) was there...I guess he left about a year ago? Joe ran the restaurant like fine dining but now, I liken the service on the level of a pizza parlor, sorry to say!

What can I say but "WOW!" I never would have expected to have such a dinning experience from a restaurant located within a strip mail. The meal was fantastic; from the appetizer to the desserts. The chef was accommodating to making something that was not on the menu. Our waiter, Gary, was attentive, but gave us "our space"and did not rush us. Would highly recommend this place for either a special date or a family affair.

Adorable, fast growing Fuquay Varina has a NON CHAIN restaurant to delight you with food prepared by the chef and served in a classically elegant, comfortable, but not stuffy atmosphere. All pasta is homemade and perfectly cooked. We adore this restaurant and love to get together there with friends for a leisurely lunch or dinner. It never disappoints.
