Every time Ive stopped here its been a disappointment. The only reason its still in business is its convienent to Soccer moms so they can feed the crumb crunchers after school. Sonic runs a commercial with the two guys who have the combined IQ of a grape. They promote a food item that sounds good. Apparently those two dolts in the commercial have super powers because I suddenly had the urge to go to sonic. I go to this local sonic to find out what was listed on their website and the commercial wasnt available at this location. No reason to ever go back. Why wait in line for something you advertise and promote all over the place when you never have it? This location will end up like a lot of others after the Chick Fil A opens and the other places slated between Collier and 75. So long Sonic!!!

My order total was $6.66. I immediately saw a dark cloaked creature on the hood of my car. It asked me to choose between the purple door or the green door. I said "What the ****??!! WHY?" It said "CHOOSE NOW!" I said "What is happening right now, Im so confused, why do I have to pick a door, I just wanted shakes, why is it getting so complicated? And where the **** did you come from??!!" Just then my shakes arrived. I asked the girl "Is this thing on my hood always here?? Does it just hang out here asking people to choose a door??!! She said "I dont see anything, why are you drenched in sweat??" I received my shakes and drove away as fast as I could and did not look back. Highly recommend this location, shakes are great.

Been a LONG time since Ive been to a Sonic! We sat in the patio area and there were a few hiccups... The speaker box was WAY WAY WAY too quiet. I nearly had my darn ear on the thing...and the guy running it was such a derp. Had to repeat myself 5 times, at least, and he still missed one of the dogs. We sat at a table and a lethargic young woman was wiping down the other tables and just mumbles out i gotta wipe down this table and uses what I can only assume is the combination mop and GREASE bucket because it smelled so nasty and the table was dirtier after she wiped it down! The server dude was pretty cool, though, and he wore skates! The food served was hot and tasted freshly made. Didnt make us sick!

I stopped by on a Saturday night around 1015pm to get shakes for the kids. I press the button to order, but 5 mins later no one had answered. I press it again and another 5 mins went by. On both occasions the interactive screen showed the button for service had been press. I press it a third time with same results. There were a few cars on the drive thru and one employee going in and out. During 15mins waiting, no one said anything to me in person or through the mic. Sonic might have good offers after 8pm, but good luck finding anybody to take your order at this location.

I like going to this Sonic. The carhops are always nice, and its one of the few places I have visited many times without ever having a mistake with my order. The food is pretty good for fast food, I recommend trying one of their hotdogs. The only bad thing about this location that I can think of, is there is not much to look at when you park, you either have the side of the Dry cleaning place on one side, or the small street which passes by the location. Overall its pretty good for a fast food place, I recommend it if you are looking for a quick bite.

This place has officially lost my business. This evening, I ordered 2 shakes through the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes to receive them. Not "fast food" by any means. Also, the order was wrong after I finally received it. But since theyd had me wait so long already, I just accepted the incorrect order and went home. The shakes were awful. This same scenario has happened time and time again at this location, and today was the final straw.

When is this place going to just disappear? Nothing, in the twenty minutes it usually takes to order something here, has ever been right. A Cherry Coke slushy contains Cherry syrup and Coke syrup. Mixing half Coke with half slushy doesnt make a Coke slushy, it makes a mess! The burgers suck and Im convinced the hot dogs are rejected monkey tails that our Lord, in His decency, vowed not to endow upon any living creature. Good day, sir!

Good place to get a lot of crave-worthy foods that may not be very healthy. Awesome selection of burgers, tater tots, hot dogs (New York and Chicago style too!), grilled and fried chicken sandwiches and tenders, corn dogs, onion rings, tons of ice cream options. Sonic is like a better version of Dairy Queen in my opinion. The customer service at this location has been good every time weve visited as well.

Worst place around the area to get "fast food" nothing Ive ever ordered has been right, the staff is never the same people. Always someone new and dont seem to be trained properly. I have waited 20 minutes for a WATER! Horrible place. I love every other sonic Ive been too but this one is awful. Too bad. They would make a lot more of they would work on their customer service

I was very disappointed with the hamburger I got at Sonic. It was paper thin and definitely not worth the hefty price it cost. For the most part every food item on their menu is high price for the quality and size you get. Go to McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, or Checkers, youll do much better for your money.

HORRIBLE! I ordered shakes 7 total for my family we waited 35 mins! When they came out they were full on watery. If your going to get shakes there dont spend the extra cash to go to dairy qween because they dont serve watery ice cream... horrible experience if there was a 1/100th star this would be the one

Terrible customer service. They ruined my order. I order a number 1 with no pickel, no tomato. They gave me a burger with mustard and mayo. I ate a little bit of it before I noticed. Went back to the drive through. They took the burger came back out with a JR f****** burger that was burnt to the crisp.

I really cant stand their food. The wait in line has never made sense to me either. I know the car hops are their signature trade mark, but they need to rethink the drive through. This location recently put a point of sale station outside to help with this, but wait times are still too long.

Ordered a burger in the drive thru... sat there for 10+ minutes waiting by the door and did not have the single person acknowledge me. Understand when you are busy or if you are about to close, but this was neither. Just simply got ignored. Went over to Dairy Queen and got treaded well.

It was horrible. We waited fifteen minutes for a simple kids meal and tater tots before leaving without the food. There was one other person who already had food. No one was inside the building, they were all socializing with the other customers. Completely unacceptable behaviour.
