This review is a mixed one. For one I love the coffee, and it is the only thing that keeps me going back there. However, the customer service not so much. A little advice to the employees, if you are going to complain about customers, especially those who place call in orders, I would check the lobby first. Today a close friend of mine was in the lobby waiting on our call in order, when the cashier started complaining about OUR order, in front of them and other customers, even to the point of saying "they wont be calling in any more orders like that". Not only was the cashier rude, loud, and unprofessional, but complained to other customers as well. Without customers, you dont have a business or a job, and continued customer service like this, will ensure that I and friends take our business else where.

Coyote coffee is hands down my favorite coffee shop but the service is severely lacking. Their coffee is great but the girls that seem to always be running the place in the late afternoon are extremely slow and obviously care more about having fun than getting my order ready to the point of almost dropping my food in the floor because she was cutting up with a coworker. I usually make a weekly trip on Fridays for my lunch break but I think this will have to stop because every time I go I have to speed the six minute trip back because my call in order either isnt ready or it takes 15 minutes for them to heat up my muffin. I highly recommend this place if you have half an hour wait for coffee.

A friend and I have been there a couple times. While the coffee is good, the food is so/so and EXPENSIVE. We have spent less at a dine-in restaurant than at Coyote Coffee. The service has never been great but the last time we went, the girls at the counter forgot half of both orders. My friend walked to the counter and inquired in a very polite manner if we could pick up the rest of our orders. The barista actually rolled her eyes and got the rest of the order. They were unbelievably rude and we will not return there. We now have get togethers at Between the Bun Bistro just down hwy123. Great service, food worth every penny. No coffee, but a much better experience.

Looking for a local overly expensive Starbucks knockoff with a strange admiration for the western theme? This is your place. With your standard array of coffee shop products to choose from and a few novelty selections, this place will leave you with a feeling of a bit of buyers remorse after you slurp your sugar laden frozen coffee (milkshake) down. There seems to be a cult following that love to indulge in the money pit that is Coyote Coffee though, I must say. If money werent an object or if their prices were a little more on the reasonable side, I might go there more often. 2/5

Amazing coffee but when you order something and wait twenty minutes youd think it would be right the first time. I order iced they make frozen my mom orders no whipped cream she gets whipped cream and I get none. Its not like its even busy when we go either. This is probably the tenth time theyve messed up my order if not more. When I told the server that they were wrong he had the audacity to say "are you sure?"... If I ordered it iced and on my receipt it says iced Im pretty sure that means iced.

Best coffee!!! Wait times arent bad!! They do call ahead, online ordering, and delivery!! The ladies are always friendly and helpful and go out of there way to make sure you have a great experience!! The owner is one of the sweetest women! This is not some big franchise which makes it nice to be able to contribute to a local business owner!! I would definitely recommend it. Personally I will never order art Starbucks again!

Oh my gosh, I have been a customer since they open! I feel like family when I walk in! My favorite is Sugar free fat free hot white Coyote with espresso whip cream, Sugar free fat free frozen white Coyote, no whip and an extra shot and frozen sugar free fat free mudslide no whip and an extra shot! I have found myself some days being there two to three times in one day!!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Wouldnt give me a larger cup for my americano so I had room to out in cream. Argued with me and wouldnt give me their creamer container, said they steam their milk. Put in too much water, had to pour some out. Didnt listen when I told them I had two tea bags and had to make two transactions. Should have gone to Dunkin Donuts. Would have had better service.

I have enjoyed Coyote Coffee for a number of years. They have all the usual coffee shop offerings and delicious local sourced sandwiches. When meeting a friend, I wish they had more comfortable seating to accommodate more patrons. They now offer online ordering. I cant wait to try it as our routine Monday morning stop can take 10-15mins in the drive thru!

I was on my way back to Charlotte from a work trip in Atlanta and wanted to stop by somewhere for lunch that would be healthier than fast food. The Chicken Salad Texas crossiant was delicious as well as the fruit salad (which seemed to be coated with a cinnamon sugar and Greek yogurt). I live supporting small businesses. So glad I stopped by

Had an unpleasant experience today. Owner is very invested in business emotionally, physically, and mentally. She cares what customers think and wants to keep them happy. Great speaking with owner. She got in touch with me in order to fix the problem. Hopefully minor altercation will be fixed for future customers. Great coffee. Thanks again.

I went through the drive thru and Im a little hoarse so when I ordered they didnt understand my order so they made the wrong drink. Which was my fault, I should have went in instead. But they apologized and fixed it and then apologized for making me wait. Great customer service!! And the white chocolate hot chocolate is delious!

I switched from starbucks to here, there coffee is amazing, down side is the long wait and I have only been coming here for 4 days and they have missed my order up 3 times instead of a white chocolate mocha, they gave me a regular mocha. Which they may have not heard me correctly with me going threw the drive threw

The three of us individually had -a smoothie -a strawberry milkshake -a sandwich Service adequate, but the sandwich took a long time despite no customers other than drive through at the time. The smoothie was not good, the milkshake was pretty much all milk, the sandwich was good. The total was $17.52.

The best independently owned coffee shop around. While their single cups are mediocre, (typically not hot enough), their coffee/expresso beverages are the best--anywhere. They are innovative, delicious and worth the price...both hot and frozen trump anything larger chains can offer.

Great coffee and friendly service but as of the last few weeks EXTREMELY slow service. Ive waited 5 minutes or more just to order when there was no one in front of me in the drive thru. Love the place but unless you can online order or call it in, dont go if youre in a hurry.

First visit was for 2 smoothies and 2 cookies. All were really good. Customer service for ordering and pickup - attentive and courteous. They were busy when I went in, but it took no more than 10 min and I was out the door. Definitely will head back to sample more items.
