I visited this place with a good friend of mine, and Ive never been to an Ihop before so I figured now is as good a time as any. When I entered the restaurant I didnt think much of it, it looked nice but it was just recently built and open. There were probably more servers there than necessary for the time as most just hung around the entrance or the kitchen area just talking. The woman who seated my friend and I didnt really seem at all invested in the place, and just had a poor attitude all together. We were sat at a booth that was lovely, and our waitress was a lovely young lady who I could tell was training recently so Ill cut her some slack. My friend who isnt a fan of eggs decided to order a T-bone steak, that originally comes with eggs but substitute it with toast. The waitress said that was fine and I ordered the breakfast sampler, just to try out the place. The food came rather quick which kinda made me nervous, the fries that we ordered with chicken tenders for the appetizer was probably the best part of the meal. When our entrees came out, my friends steak looked a little odd, like it was just microwaved or something. It also didnt help that his toast never came to the table and there were eggs in its place. I tried to get it corrected but the waitress I spoke to either forgot or didnt care. The food was sub-par. My friends steak on the other hand was just disgusting as he explained. I took a bite out of the pancakes that came with the sampler, as I was about to take another bite I saw some green coloring on them. Thats when I stopped eating. I wasnt even going to write this review in all honesty until I started feeling extremely nauseous. It was a terrible experience that I paid over 40 dollars for quite possibly the worst experience in a restaurant in my entire life. Save yourself the trouble, and the eventual stomach pump, and avoid this place like the plague.

Ordered one crepe take out on the phone at 9:40. Told it would be ready in 8 minutes. I left work at 9:45 and arrived at IHOP around 9:50. I waited at the front for some time without being acknowledged, even when other employees were walking by. After some time a waitress walked over and asked if I wanted to be sat, I told her was getting take out and I was left alone. More time passed by and the waitress said it will be out in a moment. My food took more than "a moment" to come out. There was enough time for another waiter to come out and ask me the same question, if I would like to be seated. I told him that I was still waiting for a take out order. Receipt says order placed at 9:40 while the receipt showed it was only rung out at 10:06. I received my actual order at 10:15. They hadnt rung out my order for 20 minutes and I havent received my order forked than half an hour. I ordered my food to go in hopes of just grabbing it and going. After taking my card, the waitress proceeded to continue serving others with my card in her hand. I didnt appreciate this as with someone elses credit card, you need to go straight to the register for security reasons. Also, I ordered to go for a reason, I have places to go! I would have been more satisfied if Id at least had been acknowledged and received actual customer service or told the correct waiting time of my order. I waited more than half an hour for one small order only totally $5 and change. Probably wont come back as Im guessing theyre too short staffed and untrained with customer service. Drive a couple minutes more over to the IHOP in providence instead of this one

If I could give this place negative stars I would... The hostess was nice. She sat us down and said the server will be right over. My boyfriend & I looking around for our server... we see 3 waitresses at the front of the kitchen talking & laughing. 15 WHOLE minutes go by, our menus closed about 3 minutes into being seated. Still nothing. So I took the menus back to the hostess, told her what happened. She said "Seriously" I said "Yes Im sorry but we are eating somewhere else." As I was walking out the manager said "Did they just complain?".... I love IHOP but this is unacceptable & corporate should fix this if they would like to keep a reputable name. A great location shouldnt go to waste for poor management & employees. Will never go back.

Went at 8am on the 4th of July you could tell no one wanted to work was seated by a waitress didnt see a hostess. Sat for 15 min never having a waitress come to the table. Restaurant was not busy and several tables were served that came in after us. I asked a waitess walking by if she knew who our waitress was she said no but offered to get coffee. Came back a few minutes later with no coffee and said our waitress would bring it out in a few minutes. At that point we left and stopped at the hostess stand to ask to speak to the manger she went to get him after several minutes she came back to say it would be a few minutes before he could come out. Horrible service as seat right away

Waitress was friendly so no knock on her. My issue is with the Kitchen manager. Kitchen wont sub one veggie for another veggie which was always done before in the past without question. Now they wanted a 99 cent upcharge for the replaced veggie. Also, portion of ham contained in omelette was VERY disappointingly low. When addressed, the waitress offered to have some more ham fried up and brought over. So they will give out extra ham, but they wouldnt sub a veggie?!? Been to this location before with no issues. Worst visit, food-wise, yet.

We went here on Mothers Day, 3 ppl. We had called ahead to be put on the list. There was an hour wait, they sat the larger parties first, (even those after us on the list), but our server, Lauren, greeted us and got us drinks right away. We had a booth in the back that provided privacy. The food took a while, but was hot and fresh. The hostess did a FABULOUS job of managing the phone, walk-ins and table seating. Overall, a good experience. I would come here again.

Our server was Kim. She is very short and was clearly annoyed to be working today. I ordered the chicken cobb when it came out I asked for a side of ranch, her reply, "well its already in there, but Ill get you more." Without asking anyone else if they needed anything else, she stormed away to get the dressing. I can clearly see that the dressing is already tossed into the salad, and didnt required her snide, smart-ass comment that it was already in there.

Horrible service. We ordered our meals and I had HAIR in my food and to make matters worse, I ordered tea and the cup had SOMEONE ELSES LIPSTICK ON IT! That was probably the most disgusting thing Ive ever come across while being in a restaurant. ID NEVER GO BACK THERE IN MY LIFE! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR! RUINED MY NIGHT!!!!!!
