Coming back from the mall we decided to grab a quick bite here. Everything I ordered was repeated and shown correctly on the screen at the drive thru. Upon arriving at home I seen they did not give me what I paid for. Usually I would let it go since I live 10 15 mins away but I pretty much paid more than what their mistake cost. I called the manager and I was told to give her name and they would make the food at no cost. I drove back. I told them what I was there for and what had happened. They were extremely rude not to mention did not apologize. Made me feel as if i did something wrong. Poor customer service. Very VERY poor service. I hope management reads this.

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches, my chicken was over cooked there was one tiny dab of mayo and legit a piece of lettuce that was no bigger then the size of my pinky, the food was extremely greasy! Im not picky at all either all I ask for is mayo on my sandwich and a non burnt chicken sandwich, you guys really need to step it up and get better customer service rushing me while I was giving my order as a customer I should be able to see the menu and really know whats available for purchase not automatically think I know what I want right then and there.

Went through the drive Thru and the lady gave me my bag saying "have a good night." I went home to realize I did not get my chicken fries which the receipt read "chicken nuggets" I drove back and went inside the building explaining what happened. The woman behind the counter didnt believe me and I had to reexplain my situational so she can give me a fake smile and chicken nuggets. So much for a "good night"

I am so glad I was able to throw up to get this food out of my stomach before it killed me this burger king in particular looked terrible and the food tasted very spoiled I guess thats why the parking lot was empty, not saying all BKs are like that but this one should be shut down it looks out dated and there food taste like it also.

Been there so many times and only 4 times has my order been correct. I only keep going there because my Autistic son will only eat the fries from this burger king. The people are friendly though so thats good. If only the people would put the order in correctly then be made correctly then bagged correctly. Again only go for my son.

Very unprofessional, the manager was fighting and screaming with her employees in front of the customers. When you dont like anything they do, you call them in the office or tell them when there is no customers around.
