Slow as molasses during breakfast hours. I almost always get french toast sticks and hash browns. If the hash browns are hot, the french toast sticks are freezing cold and vice versa. Never ever had them both hot at the same time. Usually its the hash browns that are cold, since they keep them under the warming lamp till someone orders them. The french toast sticks they seem to usually cook to order so I always end up waiting at the window till theyre done. I guess at least theyre hot but the wait is not cool.

This burger king is lousy. I have been there a few times, andevery time something is wrong. First time fries were cold as could be, along with my burger not ordered the way I requested. Another time I order a large onion ring and get 14 rings. Now I know the rings should have between 19-21 in a large order. I am so done with that establishment. Oh yea, bathroom (mens) is filthy!

Friendly service but the last 2 times I went, the food was awful. The burger smelled and tasted like bleach. My daughter and her friend were both sick from one bite of the burger. The rest we threw out. The other time, the Hershey pie was soaking wet to the point that when we got home, the entire bag was wet and the pie could be poured out of the container, crust and all.

Worst Burger King i have ever went to in rhode island. The mens bathroom is just so filthy. The managers have horrible attitude towards almost all of their employees someone needs to do something about those managers. Theres one manager she has short blonde hair, she is just so rude, and the tall guy also. They need to better themselves alot.

If I could rate any lower I would ... This place is atrocious ! Terrible, slow and the food was burnt, thrown together. It looked like they dropped it on the floor and wrapped it up.. Totally dissatisfied !!
