The hostess didnt even look at us when she spoke. She was too busy with the computer. I was concerned this restaurant was still like it had been - that prompted us to stop going there. Then along came our waitress, Shauntise. What a fantastic waitress! She took great care if us, made great recommendations and gave helpful answers to our questions. She was delightful, knowledgeable, and professional. The kitchen staff didnt turn out the greatest product- the chicken parmesan was over cooked and dry. The Alfredo was oily and the tortellini was very dried out. Someone other than our waitress had brought the food out. When our waitress saw our plates she immediately got busy trying to make things better. She did all she could do without making us sit through the kitchen recooking our entire meal. Shanties hasnt been at this restaurant long, but she is fabulous to the customers and for the restaurant. I hope the restaurant management realizes what an asset they have in her and take great care if her. SHE would be the reason we would return.

Cqlled in to order take out. Was told 20 minutes before my order would be ready. I showed up 25 minutes after calling and still had to wait an additional 28 minutes for my order on a slow Tuesday night. Ordered 2 chicken carbonaras made the same way, extra chicken and sun dried tomatoes. The manager came out THREE different times to apologize about the wait as the chefs A. burnt the sun dried tomatoes, b. Added fried chicken for the extra chicken and c. made BOTH plates with the wrong sauce. The manager comped the meals. When i got home I noticed both meals came different. Wont EVER go back. I would order take out at LEAST once a week on my LONG ride home from work.

Me an my cuzin are tan skinned, we walked in and they told us to wait while they seated many different tables of white ppl before us who had arrived after us. I had to remind them we were still waiting to be seated when the manager looked at us like we were invisible. After waiting for over 20 min, we went in to find the place not so full and there were seats everywhere , which made me wonder why the long wait. then they walked us through the whole restaurant to the back corner where they had placed all the other foreigners, Indians, Arabs, Latinos etc then it made sense these ppl are racist i will never go back.

Have not been here in some time. Glad we did! We had the best all around experience. The arincini were hot and delicious. I had chicken picata with angel hair pasta very satisfied. Dining companion had the new fettuccine Alfredo with pepperoni. He enjoyed it very much. His take home dish was the baked cheese pasta. He said that too was really good. Our server was William. He was so attentive without hovering. We were so impressed with him we told the manager, but he didnt seem interested in what we had to say. Cant wait to go back!

I took my friend to eat for his birthday, I have been to Olive Garden and usually have a great experience no so tonight,. Our waitress asked how everything was never offered morevsoup or salad, never checked to see if were needed more drinks my first dish was shrimp and mussels no flavor spaghetti and shrimp overcooked I did get an apology and another dish which was excellent but customer service not so much thanks you

Great food, excellent service from Kaeli, great promotions. We did the buy one take one home. Only a few options to choose from which could be expanded alittle but we choose the chicken broccoli Alfredo which was delicious and was able to bring a full meal of spaghetti and meatball and 3 cheese pasta to take home all for $50, you cant beat that. We also had soup and breadsticks which we love. I gave 5 stars, well done.

I loved the atmosphere at this Olive Garden. The inside was set up in a beautiful arrangement with classic Italian feeling colors and décor. Our server was so friendly. She was able to recommend some excellent dishes and checked in on us just enough - not too much, not too little. Although the place was very active, it was quiet enough to have pleasant conversation. No disappointments here!

The staff was ok, but they couldve had some authentic care for their guests and rushing to go home around 8:30. The bread sticks were hard ! I know when they use tongs or whatever they can feel they are not soft. My food was ok but really no taste, my tortellinis were COLD (I got the northern tour of Italy) save youre money and go somewhere else!

Went for a quick lunch soup and salad. Waitress brought out the wrong soup. The soup finally arrived and was lacking in flavor. salad was cold and good. Waitress did not seem to be having a good day. Was not able to use the table bill paying because it was out of paper and flashing red light. We will not be going back soon.

The chicken parmesan they served me was so chewy it was if I was biting into a muscle or raw chicken breast, they replaced it with a eggplant parmesan which came out alarmingly fast at 4 minutes and was just strange hardly any meat to it. Wasnt awful but was not impressive in any regard. Overpriced as hell.

The food was great the waiter was the best I will come back anytime as long as he is my waiter the time is 7:21 and it is Saturday February 25th and the waiters name was Andy a Ive never had a waiter who was on top of things as much as him I will gladly come here again as long as Andy.A is our waiter.

We got take out on Fathers day. It is always 5star and above but this time was so disappointing. The pasta was overdone and didnt have much gravy on it. The salad seemed like it was from the bottom of the bowl. This is not the norm for this restaurant so we will definitely try another day.

Calamari was hard and no color...nothing else came with it except ranch and marinara. Tasted freezer burnt...salad was smaller than it used to be and salad dressing was not as good. Lobster ravioli so not worth the money. Chicken and shrimp carbonate was fair to ok. Will not be returning.

Dont like olive garden because of their over garnished food, having said that their food that I do like is excellent. Breadsticks are amazing. Service is friendly. Restaurant is neat and clean. Did I mention the breadsticks. My girlfriend loves it.
