Horrible customer service. A bunch of young kids punks at that. Especially the male staff. I once was in there...Waited 15 mins or so in the drive thru for 4 tacos and a nacho bellbgrande. Of course as every single time the order was wrong. So we had to go inside...And wait another 10-12 minutes...And then again they still made the food wrong. The young males there were swearing loudly at one another and mocking patrons for complaining about their orders...Even heard one of them..Say who gives a F about your food any ways...I was appalled there was young children dining with their parents. But its clear that the baffonery is why they have such poor service now...And have for months and months . And the managers there seem to like to argue with you when your explaining your frustrations about every single time you go there the food is wrong...Not once in a while. But every single time. How hard is it to put only cheese and meat on the dang tacos?

The service here is pretty dispicable. The staff most of the time seems extremely ill trained and absent minded, and the management and owners care little about this. The employee turnover rate is extremely high. Ive had to return orders multiple times for the exact same problem. Im not sure how difficult it is to discern between steak and chicken, or what "No Sour Cream" means to these people. Ive been a patron for years due to the fact that they are one of the only locations convenient and open pat midnight in the area, but every time Ive come over the past few months, the service has dropped substantial. I dont recommend if you care if your food is made properly, or youre given the thing you ordered at all.

Slow service is an understatement. The only good thing I can say about this location is they got my order right and it was good. I went through the drive thru at 9:12p and ordered at 9:20 and didnt get it until 9:36. At one point the drive thru line was 11 cars long. I will never go back there again.

Fair prices and plenty of choices. However sometimes customer service leaves you regretting going there. Drive through is very slow and errors are almost a guarantee. Not really a toco bell i would recommend first bit it is the only one in the immediate area.

This place is incompetent. Theyre always hiring, so I guess they cant keep anyone and everyone is always in training. Not only does it take forever every time, but they often get the order wrong and my boyfriend found a curly black hair in his food.

its fast food service wasnt great but the food was up to par from a fast food standpoint I enjoyed the food not so much the employees the person at the register was somewhat forgetful forgot my drink then forgot one of my tacos over all it was ok

This Taco Bell is open late at night but be forewarned you will wait forever and expect to get crushed tacos lucky of ones intact by the time you get it and they dont care simply put this place is terrible and I very rarely give a poor review

Very slow service in drive thru and in restaurant. Update 8.19.17 - Juliana provided better customer experience than my past visits. Food was delivered hot and quickly. Dining room was thrashed (tables and Bev station)

Good luck getting your order correct. If you call the manager youll get attitude and be hung up on. They are the worst of any fast food drive thru. If there was another location reasonably close Id go there instead.

Very slow service,and they dont prepare the food like they do in the one in Newport Ave in Pawtucket, Pawtucket actually put meat in my Quesadilla,if you taco bell go to the one in Pawtucket in Newport Ave instead!

The taco bell app saves time in the longest line I have ever seen at any Taco Bell Drive Thru. It honestly moves quickly and the food is always hot.
