My wife and my 2 and 6 year old daughters visited this BK last Friday. First of all the ladies room was disgusting. The AC was not working, it stunk and there were flies in the restroom. Secondly, they had apparently a disgruntled employee that decided to quit and walk out that day. While she was walking out she was throwing fries in the main area. She was also letting the f* word fly. After she leaves the building she walks back in talking about the fact that she left her f*ing cigarettes in the building. FINALLY the manager standing there says, "hey enough". I am following up with a DM and the Health Inspector.

Dont believe the bad reviews. Ive never had a problem with this location. I wasnt even a BK person before I found this locafion now I wont even go to the local taco bell or mcdonalds!!!! The service is always wonderful everyone is always bubbly and nice and we NEVER have to wait on our food! I love it here I never eat at any other fast food place anymore. I wish I caught the names of the two gentlemen working the drive thru about an hour ago. They were VERY friendly :)

Customer Service aweful at this location. The cashier sounds and looks as if she should have stayed home, tables dirty and the theme of the hour "sorry about that sir". I suggest corporate take a look at this place, make shanges or SHUT IT DOWN!!!

They gave me the wrong amount of change back ... I called the restaurant and the manager had just conveniently closed the register out for counting at 7:37 am ... who does that? I hope they enjoy the money they just stole from me. I wont go back.

Avoid this place like the plague! Ive tried it three times and all three times they screwed up my order. When I complained, they laughed at me. These idiots dont give a BLEEP about customer service, or doing their job properly.

Decent French toast sticks. Only reason they get 4 stars is because the drive thru is really slow. Like they lost something in the back and went to find it, for every customer. Its a mystery why they call it fast food.

The food is ok. Fried item such as French fries and onion rings taste like the oil is old. Be sure to check your bag before you leave I have had items missing on more than one occasion.

Food is OK The floor is either slippery or sticky when you dine in. Nothing in between. The bathrooms are usually dirty. At least the staff at the Drive-thru is very polite!

Never had an issue here. They can be a little slow during lunch hours, but thats expected. The female manager who works there during the week is awesome.
