I went to the IHOP at 1001 York Road, Cockeysville, MD on Friday, January 29, 2010 for breakfast. The food and service was average, but what upset me was when the Asian lady at the register wouldnt give me my full discount for my coupon. I ordered the New York CheeseCake Pancakes, 3 Silver 5 kids meals, a coke and apple juice. My total was $27.09. I had a 20% off Entire Guest Check coupon. I should have paid $21.67 after my $5.42 discount, but she charged me $25.24, which was only a $1.85 discount. I saw her look at the check and the coupon, so she knew what the bill was and what the coupon said, but she chose to still over charge me. I think shes done this to other customers, if so, she is making a killing. She is also committing an illegal crime by overcharging people. Its not worth it to me to deal with dishonest people, so I will not be visiting this IHOP ever again. Since she was dishonest; and honesty is major in my book, I will not recommend this IHOP to you, friends, family or anyone who cherishes honesty. If you do go there, which I hope you dont, make sure you get a receipt and please make sure you check the math on your bill, because the asian lady at the register will steal from you, like she did me, so I am done with that IHOP because that lady is a criminal and I do not support criminals.

Me gusta tomar frecuentemente los desayunos allí pero ,la Sra que está en caja es muy grosera con los clientes ,hoy hubo una confusión en los nombres al llamar y la Sra en vez de tener sutileza ,se acercó a la mesa a reclamar sonriendo pero prácticamente diciéndome tonta, se que el hecho de no ir no afectará en absoluto pero al menos ya no tendré que pagar para que esa grosera gane mi dinero.

9 times out of 10 generally a good experience eating here. Food is very good and staff is very kind and friendly However, I paid a visit on Thursday afternoon . Waitress was impatient, asking 3 times if I was ready to order, practically hovering over the table waiting to take my order, even though I had already insisted I needed a few minutes. Sadly, I lost my appetite that day. Also, the bathrooms were quite nasty on this visit Otherwise, a good experience. Recommended, except early Thursday afternoons

Here you go.. I visited this place yesterday for the first time, usually am a fan of IHOP chain and my favorite items are chicken fajita omelette, hash brown and pancakes.. I did order the same yesterday... presentation is really bad, hash browns are burnt to the core and smell of chicken in fajita omelette is worst-cant explain more, at last waitress is really sweet.

The manager was so rude. There was a problem with their credit card machine and he was not even trying to solve the problem, he just asked me to give him another card, and when I asked what is wrong with the card he simply raised his shoulders and replied I dont know! I totally disliked the way he treated me as a customer.

Food was good and came out rather fast. They were quite busy for it being 2 in the afternoon on Saturday. Waitress was a bit forgetful and I not around enough. Ended lunch wanting more water but never saw her after she left the check while we were still eating

The one time I ate at this IHOP I discovered that my omelet contained some sort of metal doohickey that had fallen off of one of the appliances. I got a replacement meal, but was still charged full price at check time. Needless to say, I shant go back.

Was a bit worried after seeing the other reviews but was as pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, friendly and efficent, and the food was the usual standard for an IHOP. Overall a very enjoyable breakfast for three of us.

All I wanted to do was order my food for pick up... I guess the phone is broken. Was thinking maybe I should call 911 because Im assuming the entire staff was killed and couldnt do the simple task of picking up the damn phone!

Service was not good. Omelet was cold. Pancakes were very fluffy and delicious earning the second star. Server didnt know prices and had an attitude and didnt care when I told her imelet was cold.

Very friendly staff and good portions for fair price. Once I forgot my hat and they remembered me and gave it back a few weeks later. Coming here regularly for the last two years.

Very disappointed. The portions of food were very small for the price paid. I left the restaurant still hungry. The McDonalds breakfast platter would be better!
