Every time I go to this store, most of the flavors have changed and they get rid of any decent flavor. Last month, we tried to use the same stamp coupon from a different YoFresh store, but the girl at the cash register said "You cant use it at this YoFresh because it has a different owner, but its so retarded because its the same coupon." I was taken aback at that language she used with customers and she repeated the word "retarded" multiple times. I have met the owner of this store once, and he is very friendly and even offered to let us take home some free yogurt one night, since they have to empty the machines each night at closing. Besides meeting the owner, I have had bad customer service time and time again. No server ever offers to give a free sample when you walk in, and you actually have to ask them to come around to give a sample. Even after you ask, they take their time and I waited about 5 minutes last time just to try the new pumpkin flavor. After being a weekly visitor throughout the summer with my friends and family, I have finally had the last straw with this store and will never return after my experience last night. Never once have I stayed past closing time, being very aware of the time and that they close at 9pm, but last night the server woman never smiled once, did not let me use my free yogurt coupon, had a rude attitude, stated "Im locking the doors so you should go" at 8:55pm, AND then chased us out the door into the parking lot screaming "DO YOU GOT SOMETHING TO SAY TO ME?". I have never been so absolutely appalled in my entire life. Confused I said, "Thank you for the ice cream?" and she responded "YEAH THATS RIGHT" and slammed the door... ???????? I would rather drive 20 minutes to the YoFresh on Tilghman Ave, or to Menchies on Cedar Crest Blvd or Airport Rd for frozen yogurt with decent customer service than to EVER return to this terrible store. None of my friends or family will be returning.

I want to take the time and thank the employee (young female, she told me her name but i cant remember it...I went it in on 10-21 shortly after 6pm) for the service I received. I would be shocked if it is the same female who gave the review before me because this employee was professional and very nice. I walked in hoping to get smoothies but never been there before so wasnt sure about menu, options etc. I was greeted at the door with a smile and she asked my wife and I if we have ever been to a yofresh before. I told her I havent and she came from behind the counter and gave me a a quick breakdown on how to serve, pick etc. I asked about the smoothie options I saw online and she apologized and said that "this location does not offer smoothies but so many people ask for it and she will let ownership know that it might be a good idea...so sorry about that". She then went on and made interaction with my daughter and offered her a sample of the flavors available. She was super friendly and answered any questions I had and allowed me to sample different flavors. I didnt buy anything( I was just in the mood for a smoothie ) but the flavors I did sample all tasted great, and I will return solely because of that employee. Thanks

The Yogurt is good and toppings are fresh but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I came in at 9:10pm & Im aware they close 10pm. So 50 minutes before closing the 2 ladies at the front were obviously annoyed with my presence in the store. After every topping I used they cleaned up RIGHT AFTER I used it. And when I went to scoop up my last choice of toppings the girl rolled her eyes and sighed very loudly, while mumbling under her breath "oh my God". I understand if I came in 5-10 minutes before closing but they had FIFTY minutes before closing. With every customer that came in after me the girls side and were obviously annoyed. I know the one girls name is Nicole but I didnt get the other girls name. Im Highly disappointed in the customer service, I wish I can say I want to come back again but I dont ..

So yesterday was my first time trying frozen yogurt and I loved it. I was told to go to the YoFresh in Whitehall because I heard they have the best flavors and toppings. When I walked in a young lady helped me right away and walked me through the process. She gave me samples and was very nice to me and my family. I happened to catch that her name was Nicole because it was on her hat. The girls there are extremely welcoming and kind, and they definitely keep the place very very clean. I will most definitely be returning.

I would like it more if I didnt have to ask to try the frozen yogurt. Also the variety at this yogurt place is kind of sad. I must say that this place redeems itself with its friendly employees.
