My family and I have been going to Chat and Chew for years whenever we go to the Poconos. We started going years ago when it was at the old location and we still go there now that its at the new location. The food there is absolutely delicious the place is clean. The staff is very friendly and the ambiance is great. They have all these funny frames on the walls with different sayings which keeps the kids entertained and amused while we wait for food. Even at its busiest the wait time is never more than 10 minutes at best. My son loves the "Cranky Frankie" pancakes and my husband and I have tried several of their dishes and all of them are delicious. My youngest is very picky and even he loves their eggs and pancakes for kids. We definitely recommend this place. Its great!

My fiancé and I go every weekend. The food is amazing, the owners and staff are very friendly and make the whole experience for all of their customers (both locals and tourists) fun and entertaining. While I have tried many things on the menu, my fiancé always gets his usual which is the "The Big One", which fills his huge appetite for a good portion of the day. I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a family friendly, fun atmosphere with delicious food at a reasonable price. Just dont steal my spot at the counter. You have been warned

I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to do so after the amazing experience we had! I appreciate great service and wonderful food... this place honestly exceeded both! The egg white healthy omlete was truly the best omlete I have ever had, no ketchup needed. Food made with laughter and love tastes exactly like that!!! Good luck Mike, Joe, and crew and thanks for being so generous. Blessing your way! We look forward to next time we are in town!!!

This restaurant typically has good food and service. Dont know what happened but after reading reviews for the last week seems there is a problem. My chicken Caesar salad was a plate of lettuce with cubed American cheese and Italian dressing and the service was nothing other than bringing two drinks and two plates of food. No checking on us at all and then we had to ask for our bill. Might want to work on that!

My husband & I have eaten here many times. I love the country decor.Whatever we get is always very good. The employees are always very friendly & knowledgeable of the menu. I always feel that eating out is excessively expensive so thats why I gave it $$. The prices are typical costs. I did their email text thing so now I get an email about once a month with a discount special. I like that!

Me and some friends ate at Chat n Chew while visiting the Poconos for some racing events. This place is well deserving of 5 stars. The atmosphere was great, the food and pricing was excellent, and every single person there was extremely friendly. Warning, the Belly Buster breakfast sandwich is well deserving of the name! This is definitely a place I will eat at again. High recommended.

An amazing little place to eat. Its been there forever in a strip mall that is barely surviving. ((FINALLY IN A NEW LOCATION... YAY!))They are awesome there. My only wish is they were open later... ALL THE FOOD I HAD HERE WAS EXCELLENT! give it a try!! (GRUMPY SPECIAL is awesome! Deana banana pancakes are amazing! )

Has great breakfast food and very generous portions for a low price. Staff was generally friendly but felt overwhelmed as service could be slow. They alsp were not paying attention to group arrival order as same size groups with no reservations were not seated in arrival order.

Omg such a cute place. The staff is so welcoming. The food is just something simply the best. The prices are great, the food is simple and good. The take cards!!!! I would highly recommend coming here if your near by. The pancakes are amazing :)This place is wonderful

Went there on June 6 2016 morning of the race for brefeast and had fantastic service delicious food and a great experience and prices are all good for the amount of food you get I was so full I wasnt hungry until 5:00p.m recommend you check out this place!!!!!!!!!!

Loved this place when it was on the other side of Blakslee. I still love it but not the new higher prices. Looks like with a new location there came higher overhead ? Great breakfast food, cool posters on the walls, friendly staff, but . . . . . man those prices !

A great place for family lunch. This is the first place which provide seat comforters for toddlers Ive ever visited. Atmosphere is cozy and super friendly stuff. Meal is good even if youre not the big fan of fast food. Definitely the best food place in the area.

We were visiting one of the local resorts and wanted some quick inexpensive breakfast. This place didnt let us down. The staff were very friendly and food was fast. Everything tasted great! We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

A Poconos must taste. Awesome food. The Messy Mike and Belgian waffle sandwiches are the best breakfast sandwiches. Fast friendly service. Our new favorite breakfast place. Very reasonable prices. Worth the wait. 5 Stars.

Good traditional American diner food, nice wait staff, very affordable prices! They sell funny shirts that advertise the business for a reasonable price, too. Id definitely go here again the next time Im in the area.

This little cafe has great breakfasts at reasonable prices. Personally, I like the Italian Messy Mike sandwich best and usually split it with my companion (half is still plenty of food!). Wonderful atmosphere!

Nice local cafe in the Blakeslee shopping plaza. Great muffins and cinnamon buns that they grill fresh for you. The food was good, their specialty is the Messy Mike sandwich which is the way to go.

Standard greasy spoon breakfast and lunch spot with a few items worth mentioning. The "Messy Mike", try it, its delicious. Also, the grilled sticky bun. Order 2 for the table - theyre fantastic.
