Asked for a chicken parmesan sub but knew it was off menu. Couldnt provide. Fine. My own fault for ordering off menu, but what diner doesnt have a chicken parm? Instead I ordered the peirogies (sp?) and the Ruben. Two American diner standards, right? Nah. The peirogies were the worst Ive ever had, probably straight out of the freezer from Weis, and the Ruben was served open faced on pumpernickel. If youve ever been to a diner within 200 miles of Brooklyn you should know how WRONG that is. The fries were the same seasoned fries they serve at almost every other diner, so whatever. I had the cherry pie for desert, which seemed to be 80% gelatin, 5% cherries, and 15% sugar, so I wouldnt eat that again unless I were starving. The coffee was decent.

Been coming to this Diner for several years when in the area... About 6-8 years ago this was a GREAT diner, then the service dropped off and the quality as well. Usually about a 50/50 chance of a descent expierience. The one redeeming quality of this Diner, that keeps me coming back is the soup and salad bar. Always pretty descent soup and a good selection on the salad bar. 4.5 stars on the Soup and salad bar but 2.5 for the sevice and kitchen...

Nice, clean, quiet place. Our food was good and more than we could eat. 4 stars only because Im that picky. No issues what so ever. 5 stars, because my wife lost her diamond bracelet, I came back to look for it. The owner, literally removed the seats from the walls to make sure it wasnt lost in the restaurant, I was very impressed. Most people wouldnt have lifted a finger. He has my business. No diamond bracelet to be found.

Was disappointed tonight. Used to be much more meat in the gyro, now all tomatoes and lettuce. they had Chicken Noodle, Shell (pasta soup) and Corn bisque, which had so much flour in it that it tasted like pancake batter. Decent salad bar, everything fresh, but cant we have adult sized salad dishes? Bottom line, everything was fresh but portions are way down and corner cutting is evident. Used to be much better.

My Dad and I try to get to the Starlite diner whenever we can. They have such a variety of food items on their menu, its sometimes hard to pick just one! But rest assured, whatever you choose, it will certainly be delicious. And you wont leave there hungry, thats for sure. And what would a diner be without the staff. Everyone at the Starlite is friendly and delightful (especially Marlin, shes the best)!!

Every year we do breakfast before setting up our camper. We have a party of 16 people, and this year no-one remembered to call ahead. Rather than just seat us separately which we said was okay they opened up the banquet room just for us. We already knew it was a great place to eat, but that level of customer service on a Saturday morning no less is above and beyond.

I have been going here for a long time. I have never had a bad meal. Great food, always fast service and a great selection to choose from. I found their salad bar to be well stocked, fresh and lots to choose from. Soup selection to be also good. Soup comes with the salad bar. Bread is fresh and warm. Barry

Absolutely fantastic. Service was great. They were busy so food came out a little slow, but definitely worth the wait. I didnt have the salad bar but it all looked fresh. Cool fish tank. Even a nice bar section of the place. And the bathrooms were clean. Definitely will go back when in the area.

The food here is excellent and is more then you can eat. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the dishes that are served. The food is reasonably priced. If you leave and are still hungry then it is no bodies fault but your own. Will come back again and again.

Nice salad bar but service and main meal were disappointing. I ordered the fried chicken dinner and the portions were tiny. My daughter got more fries than I did with her kids meal. The chicken pieces were very small and over cooked. Definitely not worth the money.

Neat place!! Staff is very friendly, place is fun inside and they have juke boxes in the booths! Food is great. I had the spinach pie app and it was huge. Dessert case is amazing! A piece of cheesecake is coming home with me! Definitely will return.

Best food I would eat. Service is very nice and friendly. Everything is good its food is good even though I order almost the same thing. My grandpa used to come here with his car club back in the early 60s and he still says he likes it..

This place is fantastic! Relatively inexpensive with an awesome menu with very eclectic options. So we order a lot of it. And everything going was delicious! Peirogies, scrapped, ham rolls, corn chowder. We loved it all!

This is a pretty standard "New Jersey Diner" with the long, long menu and quick service. Quality of the food is not outstanding, but not bad either so if youre in the mood for this kind of offerings, its a good stop.

Calimari was fresh and very tasty. The pasta was to die for. The Alfredo sauce was just right. Service was attentive and courteous. Prices were not excessive. Overall a very pleasant dining experience.

Went here with friends while visiting in the area. While the service was ok the food was average at best. My omelet was over cooked and had no flavor. Wasnt too impressed to say the least.

The absolute best diner in the Valley. PA Dutch influence coupled with Greek dishes cannot be beat. Try the creamed chipped beef DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THE HOME FRIES, not on toast or muffins.

Great fresh baked bread, variety of soups, and a varied menu where everyone will find something they like! Give this place a try as a change from those same old predictable chain places.

This place used to be great. When we moved here we would come once or twice a week. New ownership maybe? Food quality lowered and prices got higher. The salad bar is still great.
