Our daughter and son in laws celebration of marriage On May 21st at Barn Swallow Farm was catered by Cathys Catering.I have to say the service was impeccable by Cathys staff. Renee was watching over the staff and the young adults who worked the party were all VERY Professional!The linens, china& tableware were set Beautifully on the tables.We had NO STRESS whatsoever throughout the party.Which was AMAZING ,for us to truly ENJOY the party as the hosts! Now when it comes to the DELICIOUS food...it was exactly what I prayed for. AMAZING, DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFULLY presented to our guests. EVERYONE was Raving about the appetizers ,main course and desserts! Cathy and her assts. are AMAZING chefs...DONT look anywhere else! I am so Grateful to Rob (Barn Swallow Farm) for suggesting to use Cathy.Our family and friends are still telling us how impressed they were with the food!! Be BLessed and Call Cathy for your party.

Cathys catered my wedding reception at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA. The food was awesome. Everyone loved it. Not one complaint. It was better than I had imagined it would be. It was perfect food for our perfect day. This place rocks! No nonsense service. Do yourself a favor though and have a pretty good idea of what you want on your menu and everything will go smooth as silk. Was in and out of there in less than an hour and had my whole menu ready to go. Had a quote the next day. They even worked with me on the price a little bit to help fit my budget. They also supplied the bartenders for our event who were very competent.

Cathys has got to be one of THE BEST restaurants I ever ate at. The menu is so unique with such variety and the food is delectable.You can select from moms cooking up to fine dining delicacies. I recommend the pulled pork and rice, always my favorite! Also DO NOT skip dessert. Cathy makes all deserts herself and they are to die for!
