Great place. This is definitely a popular restaurant, so you should expect that inside and might have to wait a bit if you show up at 6pm on a Friday, for example. The service is good, some of the staffs English isnt 100% perfect but dont think that this will be a problem. The decor is unique and they usually have soccer playing on several TVs, so plus one for atmosphere. They recently dropped a few things from their menu that I enjoyed (taco salad, may you rest in peace) but there are still more than enough tasty things to choose from. The Patron nachos appetizer gets a special mention of practically being a main course in and of itself. The dinners themselves always have the perfect amount of flavor and are enough to leave you stuffed every time. Not real big on their habit of including sour cream and guacamole with most dishes (asking for none only seems to work about half the time) but its really not that hard to just scoop it off to the side. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone hungry (and I do mean hungry) for Mexican.

I found the Decor interesting. The service was bad, ordered a coffee came with no spoon, and no spoon in the rolled napkin, so I used the handle of my fork. I had my grandchildren with me so I was in need of more napkins, I asked my server and he never brought them. No water was served nor was I even asked if I wished to have any. Next time I saw my server was when he brought me a box for the food my grandchildren refused to eat, and the check. Now as far as the food, I had steak and chicken fajita. The steak and chicken were both tough as leather, and there was so much green pepper that is all I could taste. I would say save your money and eat at Taco Bell.....

The service was terrible from the start. We walked in and had to wait about 5 minutes for anyone to seat us. Three other parties came in and we were cramped inside the doorway. When a staff member finally came to seat us we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to wait on us. Keep in mind there were about 5 other groups of people in the restaurant at the time because it was about 8:30pm. The waiter kept forgetting our water, kept passing our table to talk to other staff and watch TV, and didnt come to check on us until 5 minutes after we were finished eating. The food was mediocre. Nothing special. Will probably stick with Mad Mex and Rey Azteca.

I really like this place. They have excellent food! I have never had a meal there that I have not liked. Every time I have been there I have received very good and prompt service. The restaurant is always very clean and sanitary. There beer selection is good. There tequila selection is even better. Which helps make some very good margaritas! Food is priced very good for the portions and qualities you get. Alcoholic beverages seem just a little pricey but not to bad. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Went out with the husband and kids for dinner on a Saturday night. Arrived around 6. Sat immediately. Was greeted with chips and salsa which was delish! We ordered our food and waited what had to be about 40 minutes before it arrived. My husband got the chicken chimichanga, which he loved, and I got a combo platter of burrito, enchilada and tostida. It was good, but not exceptional. The overall experience was favorable however I would not recommend coming here on a weekend unless youre prepared to wait to eat.

Waitress was new. Very nice, BUT- never got our table side Guac because she wasnt "taught to make it". Inquired about a drink I saw. She never told me what was in it, just that it was a "really expensive one". 2 of 5 meals came out wrong. I think she will be a great server but clearly had subpar training! WORST OF ALL- table was sticky when we arrived. Asked a (different) server for a rag. She scowled at us and never brought it. Food OK but just OK. Not worth the bad service.

absolutely awful, me and my boyfriend waited about 35 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out it was all wrong. he ordered a steak burrito, with no beans extra rice. he was given a chicken burrito with tons of beans no rice, which had some sort of fish contamination because hes extremely allergic to fish, and his face was tingling and swelling. Unhappy with the service we will not be returning, Id suggest Emilianos, its amazing, fast, and reliable.

I always enjoy Patron! I was a bit like eh...when I was there recently because the waitress did not seem too happy to be there, but she picked up her mood. Perhaps she had something on her mind. We are all human. I LOVE the food here. Chimichangas are amazing! And the chicken tacos burst with flavor. I would definitely suggest to others, you wont be let down.

Ive had the pleasure of dinning at all three locations from the day they have opened each of them! FABULOUS FOOD! Hands down the best service youre ever going to get! Be sure to check them out! You wont be disappointed! Make sure to visit Fox Chapel and Monroeville locations as well! Each Restaurant has a unique decor!

The food is good. Not great but good. They get really busy, especially on the weekends. Also, the staff cops an attitude when theyre busy. A place like this would be considered average at best in a place like Charlotte NC, Richmond VA or even Toledo OH where the Hispanic population is more abundant.

Patrons food and service are amazing! Just had a big birthday party there (around 30 people) and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went really smoothly. The service was awesome, the food was incredible as usual, and everyone had a great time. Patron is awesome!

The food is OK, I order fajita plate and was not fajita... that was like steak cut in slices ... a lot of onion. The waiter provided good service, but the bartender sucks!!! By the way our table was dirty and chips around the area. I do not recommended this place.... Tha

As always, the food is excellent, however, this is the third time in a row my credit card has been charged anywhere from $2 - $5 more than the actual amount signed for. I will never return to this restaurant as a result, as this is too "coincidental" to be an honest mistake.

My family just moved here. So we didnt know how the food would be. But after trying this place. There wasnt any vegetarian dishes we could order, maybe 1 or 2. And what we did order was not well made. So we wont be back there again.
