I count myself very lucky that things happened in the order they did on this visit. I stopped here on the way to Scranton for a quick lunch, but chose to use the restroom first. What I discovered was possibly the filthiest conditions Ive ever run into. On top of that, there wasnt soap (just two empty, dirty dispensers and a third one that had been ripped off of a wall somewhere else, maybe from the break room or the womens room), the hand dryers didnt really work, and the only other option was a pile of wet paper towels laid directly on the side of a sink basin! As soon as I realized that this is very likely the same place the kitchen staff would wash their hands, I was out. I have stopped off in plenty of places where cleanliness was questionable, but never like this, not even in an unstaffed turnpike rest stop. My advice: if you have to make a stop here, check around first before ordering.

This BK is great as long as you happen to visit at just the right time - when the buses are not there ! Because once one of the greyhound buses from NYC roll in - it becomes a mad house ! I found the wait staff to be very pleasant and the bus customers to be very rude ! I understand that bus travel can be stressful but thats no excuse for not being civil ! Im a local and rarely go in there because of these customers. Its a shame.

was there on Saturday waited 5 minutes for the cashier to wait on us her name was Brittany I believe. she was also rude to another employee. she basically stood around and did nothing did not even hand us our cups we were there about 9:30 in morning if this is how your employees are trained to deal with public it is unacceptable I worked retail for 25 years this store is run by alot of young incompetent people.

The place is crowed because of location, but the service is bad and the place us filthy. Tables are dirty and they allow dogs inside the place, even though there is a sign that says no dogs allowed. I happened to get the attention of the manager about the dog and she ignored it.

Waited and waited saw my food ready after 10min however didnt get it for another 15, the only person that seemed like they know what theyre doing was a young girl in drive thru, very bad, slow service

Being near the highway the place is crowded. So the longer waits are understandable to some extent. But people not even looking in my direction when trying to get some sauce. No excuse for that

This is the worst place ever to stop at. The employees are rude, if you can even get them to wait on you! Oh and dont you dare ask for a manager cause their twice as rude as their employees!
