I will give this place a zero me and my family waited for more than 45 minutes for our food to arrive and then when I asked the waiter, how much longer she was blaming the kitchen, then I found out that she was being lazy that my food was waiting there for more than 15 minutes I decide to leave with my family but I didnt want to walk out so I asked the manager want to pay for the coffee and the chocolate that my kids drink, Manager asked me what was the problem and I told him Ive been here for more than 45 minutes and my foot is not even ready, When I was explaining that to him the waiter came she said oh the food is ready but she doesnt want to wait, I got so mad so I told the manager please let me just pay for the coffee and the hot chocolate I dont want to wait anymore, So he was looking for my ticket on the computer when the manager realize that I was there for more than 45 minutes he just told me its OK you dont have to pay for anything Im so sorry, so I left but seriously this place is so disgusting, I will never come back to this place ever never even if Im starving not pleasant not clean at all.

Food wasnt the most beautiful , but the taste was good. I ordered chicken & waffles with orange juice. The waffles were a bit battery , as you could taste the batter very strongly. Might of not been cooked all the way. The chicken tenders were great , no need to complain about them. Waiting for our food took about 20 mins which was okay for the amount of people at the restaurant. It wasnt as nice as the ones I have been to in New Jersey , but it was okay. If you are hungry for breakfast , I would suggest you to head over to IHOP.

well we did arrive 10 minutes after they opened. we were the 2nd couple people to arrive for breakfast. my husband and i ordered the country fried steak to share, hashbrown(a tad undercooked) pancakes(deliscous) also came with eggs! it was enough for us, we werent to hungry. the customer service was great ,waitress was attentive. we got seated, ordered our food ate, got the check and got out of there!, no problem! also I thought the tables and syrup dishes on the table should be wiped down a little better!. bathrooms clean!

Terrible. I waited 15 minutes to be seated. 15 minutes until I asked someone to serve us. Then 30m for food. They have terrible service. The server after taking my order did not stop once to ask if we needed anything. The people cleaning the tables are more efficient than those serving them. There were three empty tables around us and tones of people waiting to be seated. Management has dont a terrible job. I would give them zero stars if possible. Do not waist your time there, it is just terrible.

The food and service was good, the place was clean however we were overcharged for our food. We still cant figure out how they came up with the price we were charged. I should have gone over the bill before my husband paid for it like I usually do but I we didnt get very much so when we got in the car and started going down the road and he told me the bill was almost $30 I flipped out. I wanted him to turn around and go back but he wouldnt. Ill never go back.

This is not your typical IHOP. The crapes was NASTY and full of seeds the potatoe hash was tasteless. And the eggs was crunchy on the edges as if they were re-heated. I would not recommend this IHOP to anyone. The service was slow and took almost 20-25 min to serve 2 people breakfast. Then the manager came and when I explained how nasty the food was and poor the service was he acted as if it was my fault. Then took up a defense. Im over it! Never again!!!

Waited about 20 minutes on a Saturday around 11am. Got seated quickly. Bathroom was not clean. Waitress was friendly and we got our food quickly. I returned a drink because there was something floating in it, but it happens. Waitress replaced and removed drink from our bill. Will eat here again just wish it wasnt always so crowded, pretty small place.

Just got back from breakfast, Lehigh Street. Service was excellent, staff was very friendly and prompt. Server MaryAnn was very friendly and fun. Restaurant was clean and nice environment. Not sure what happened to you other people. Maybe you should put day and time you went, I went today Saturday 3-10-12 around 9:00am. Oh Food was Great too!

I will never eat here again. I had the worst meal and service there. The food was cold and had no taste and dont even get me started on my server Kelly. She was rude and was too busy talking to teenagers and giggling than waiting on my table. She also looked unclean. How could a professional company hire someone so unprofessional.

this makes the 3rd time I have called to place a take out order and was placed on hold for over 10 min.. I hang up and try calling back and the line is busy busy busy for over an hour. I guess thats how long it takes them to realize they left someone on hold.. oh well its their financial loss.. my family of 7 ate elsewhere..

MaryAnn & Hussein were extremely friendly during our visit. My girlfriend, Mari, and I enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend anyone visiting this establishment. My family and I have never felt more at home and welcomed then at this restaurant. Out of all the iHops we have been to, I can honestly say this has been the best. God bless the owner for being so friendly and making people feel welcomed. No question about he food either, it was very tasteful.

This has to be the worst I hop . The workers were rude and crude. I walked into the restroom which had blood on the floor then I came out of stool to find a worker cleaning blood without gloves. I love I hop but dont think Ill return here. Ill drive to NYC for a better experience.

Worst experience Ive ever had dining out. The service was awful, we got overlooked multiple times, the food was terrible and cold. The first time I ever left without eating and just walked out. Have never gone back. Dont bother, go to the diner down the street or fast food.

Food was good....Service was minimum requirement. Checkout was lousy. I had a $25 gift card they claimed only had $21.00 available. I checked when I left and they had charged the whole $25. Wasnt worth my effort to go back and show them their error. Just wont return.

Its an IHOP. When you want breakfast any time of day, this is where you go. There are some really nice cafes in the Lehigh Valley that serve great breakfasts too but they all close shortly after noon. So I go here when I want French toast and bacon at 3pm.

The food is good and plentiful here. It is a wait for your food though. Every time we went here we waited at least 25 minutes for our food. Whether it was busy or not it always took that long. The servers here are adequate but it could be better.
