Server walked by multiple times and served people that came after Asked the manager who is serving he said someone will and took our drink order but didnt make sure anyone did So finally reached out to the server and asked are you serving and she said " I guess so "& took our order Requested her to bring plates , requested the lady who got our food to bring plates and she didnt Requested server again and she got two soaking wet plates The manager saw our disgust and asked the other waiter to check on us.. She walked by 15 times before ordering and didnt check on us.

Número Uno deep dish pizza was great. Crust is buttery, flaky, and savory. Server was polite, considerate, and addressed our needs promptly. His name is Dan, btw. Shrimp and crab drip was really good. A bit salty but good with beer. Plus the Phillies were playing so appetizers were half priced. What!!!!! Sweet!!!!!

Always a great dining experience. Love the variety of pizza and especially love their burgers and steaks. Service is always excellent. From the moment you walk in until you leave you are treated like you matter, and its sincere.Very glad I discovered this particular Unos. Just a GREAT place to dine!

Pleasantly surprised by the food and service at this chain. The food was very good, albeit not the most healthy, but the menu had a nice variety of fun options. Service was good and it wasnt busy when we went on Monday evening. Id go back again every once in a while for that flatbread pizza.

Are you sick of dining out, only to realize your server has no clue what theyre doing? Come to unos and ask for Steve. I treat people the way I would want to be treated when dining out. Ive been working at unos for 10+ years. So stop in and ask for Steve. I will not disappoint.

Consistency of the food here is not as good as other UNOs I have been to. Limited beer selection too. This is a corporate UNOs and not a franchise. The franchise ones in neshaminy and Hamilton offer an amazing bar lounge atmosphere with a truly gastrointestinal experience

Even though they got my order wrong they were polite enough to offer me a different pizza while I waited for my other order to finish. They also gave me the meal for free since they messed up. Manager was fabulous. I would go here again.

Ive been going here for years and its always my go-to for casual get togethers. The food is good, comes fast, and the restaurant is comfortable. The waitstaff is great and really makes an effort to make you feel welcome every time.
