Im not entirely sure that my bad experience is entirely becuase of the resturant itself or just a careless waitress.I went to eat with my girfriend and her friend, collectively we have over 15 years of waiting experience so we certainly understanding if a waitor/waitress is having a bad day. However when you have a careless waitress like ours, there is no excuse for that. Our waitress was very unattentive and it took a very long time to take and put in ordres. When the first drink order was placed, the 2 out of the 3 drinks ordered were correct. Some other beer that i did not order was brought back. Not big deal, everyone makes mistakes right? Well not until i found out the careless waitress ordered the wrong drinks becuase she "couldnt find the right button in the computer" so she just hit the next best thing thinking i wouldnt notice. Then i got the right beer so i was happy again and we ordered appitizers. So we order Nachos with chili we get nachos with chicken and queso, which we just ate becuase it had taken so long to get those and we figured she was having a bad day. I ordered a Main Street Burger cooked medium, expecting to get a nice juicy burger and i got dry, well-done burger on a soggy bun. Im not sure if the buger was just cooked wrong or order wrong, chances are ordered wrong. Getting the attention of our waitress was very difficult which meant getting drinks refilled few and far in between. In the end the bill was quite high for the service and quality of food we recieved. Not sure if i would try this restaurant again, though im curious to see if others experienced this.

Here is the scoop. Im a frequent visitor here, so I know this place well. Its not or miss. Sometimes you go the food is delish and SOME of the waitresses are nice. Then their are times when I go , for instance once me and a girlfriend were handed a menu, and the waitress took our order 45 minutes later still no drink or food, the manager even noticed and asked were we being served, turns out it was the end of the waitresses shift, and she decided to clock out and go home without even passing the word on for someone else to serve us! When it is crowded the waitresses will hear you call them and not even look at you to say hold on atleast. You will be ignored until they are ready to serve you, well atleast roxeanne the waitress will. Cant speak for the others..shes really not a good server. Aside from that good margaritas, crab fondue is delish, but the bread can be stale as if it has clearly not been sitting preserved in a sealed container. Great place when not packed, and can get ugly when it is packed.

Average food at average prices, but absolutely terrible service. Ate here with my family for lunch after visiting Drexel University. We were given meal vouchers by the school, so I feel bad about complaining, but our waitress was really awful. We sat at a table without being greeted for nearly 15 minutes, all the while watching the table next to us get served the wrong food then complain loudly about their bad experience. Once our orders were taken, the wait for food was not bad, but once served, the server vanished until time to bring the check (a personal pet peeve of mine). Drinks went unrefilled, nobody checked on our food, nobody seemed to care that we were there. Paying the check was another ordeal with us having to ask for the check, then chase the server to get her to take our payment, then a very long wait for the card and receipt to be returned. It was a disappointing end to a nice day and it would be hard to picture us returning tho the Landmark.

We waited a little long for our food and then when it came out , one of our guests still didnt get hers!! But what was the most upsetting is I ordered food to go, in the midst of saying goodbye and taking pictures because one of our guests was moving out of town, but I left my to go order, I realized it 5mins after I left, I called and the lady who answered said oh we threw it away and its nothing we can do about it, I asked the manager and I was on the phone with him for 15mins when he only agreed to give me new wings after I told him I will simply stop all 254$ on my credit card!! Then he rudely said come get new wings and just ask the hostess for them!!! I didnt go back because at that point I didnt trust they wouldnt do anything to my food!! Im just going to dispute the charges because I didnt get my take out !

Worst experience even and Ive been to this restaurant about 4 times in total. Number 1 I made a reservation and requested a booth for me to get there and there were none available and 1 reserved for someone else. It took the server about 20 minutes to take my order and when she did it seems as if it was the last order put in. Surrounding tables (3) to be exact who was seated after me received their food and I was still awaiting drinks. We had no folks until the server realized we were just sitting with a empty table maybe about 40 minutes in. The food came everything was good but then we asked to split the bill and the server refused to even rolled her eyes because we were taking to long to add up who had what and she got a automatic $20.00 tip for that horrible service. I will NOT be dining here for a while.

I have previously had good experiences here. Caters to college students and isnt too expensive. HOWEVER. I am down right tired of getting sick from the caesar salad. The first two times I got one, felt a little off hours later, didnt think much of it. Went to dinner there two nights ago and ended up spending half the night throwing up the caustic salad dressing in my stomach. I know caesar salad is one of the more... delicate salads to make because of raw eggs, but combine that with the fact that I seem to constantly be sat at the teeny tiny tables in the back which butt up against the HUGE OBNOXIOUS groups of people who come in all the time for happy hour... and I dont think Ill be rushing back. Half decent isnt good enough to erase a bad atmosphere, sickening food and hit-or-miss service.

We had to wait to get drinks during happy hour even though there was barely anyone at the bar and there were plenty of bar staff available. In fact one of the bartenders said she couldnt help because it wasnt her area. About 10-15 minutes later we finally ordered our drinks and buffalo tenders. A few minutes later we got our drinks, they were ok. About 15-20 minutes later someone from the kitchen brought out 3 different plates of food and put it on the bar. Because our bartender was away at the moment and no one else can help one another the food sat on the bar for another 5 minutes getting cold before it was eventually delivered to us. The food was cold and tasted disgusting!!! We were originally going to get dinner there but lets just say it left a bad taste in our mouth! YUCK!
