The manager on duty was absolutely horrible. So appalled with how they treat their customers. We had a breakfast party of six. Two of which were pregnant and didnt want to sit in the sun. There were several tables available so we tried to move from our table that was completely covered in a blanket of beaming sun. It was extremely uncomfortable. We politely asked to move and were told we couldnt. Finally, once we were able to be moved, we tried pushing two tables together and a manager came RUNNING up the stairs and literally pulled the table from my friends hands (a woman) yelling "YOU CANT DO THAT, WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF PEOPE IN AND OUT OF HERE!" Slammed the table back where it went and walked away. We were not being unreasonable, disrespectful, or rude. The wait staff following this incident were kind. I just couldnt believe the reaction of this poorly mannered and unprofessional manager. So disgusted. Will NEVER be back, wouldnt suggest this eatery to my worst enemy.

Bring a beer novice and a connoisseur into a bar and who assists? Nonother than bartender Jason, lets just say hes on point, I change my preference from saison to beligun with the change of breeze, however Jason was able to keep up and on point never steering me wrong. My more decisive IPA drinker partner in crime, Jason never skipped a beat with. Shall we move onto something of substance, perhaps? The "clam chowder" my goodness, delgihtful, light and decadent? A delicious joy in every bite?? Yuppers all the way! The special black mole wings WOW! if people werent looking I would be licking the plate! Overall a safe bet, well be back!

I went here for quizzo on a Monday. The topics were great and the questions were good and competetive. It was a bit impossible to hear the guy (Johnny Goodtimes) and he was seriously mumbling...pretty sure he was drunk. The food was great. I got a burger and side salad. Both were delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Juicy. The salad had a very tasty sauce on it. The beer selection was decent...a few too many IPAs in my opinion...nothing higher percentage either. I like the option to economize my beer to drunk to cash levels with some 12 Oz 8-10%ers...

Went in on a whim for my sisters birthday with a budget, only a little time and dietary restrictions. The menu was diverse but not too long, and the kitchen allowed us to make substitutions around our dietary needs. The food came out quickly and was great, not greasy not too salty and affordable. Our server did a great job ( i have been a server for 10+ years), the manager/bartender was accommodating, as well as an awesome helpful kitchen staff!

Went to Sidecar last night for "Pork Me Sunday." Had the Carolina Barbecue Pork. WOW. The flavor was amazing. The jalapeno cornbread underneath the pork completed this excellent meal. I definitely hope to return and have this meal again. Excellent beer selection, but a little pricey. Drafts were also $1 off, so it ended up not being too bad. Excellent service. My water glass was never empty and the staff was wonderful.

Came over from South Jersey as I had heard about this pub from the Triple D, TV show with Guy Fieri. Food and drinks were good. Service was above average. Only drawback was the small, one-half (?) ladle of the New England Clam & Gnocchi soup(?) which hardly covered the bottom of the ample bowl. VERY skimpy given the $12. price tag. Overall a decent experience. And FYI, they dont take American Express.

Sidecar has great burgers and a good beer selection, but you already knew that... I wish the downstairs dining area was a little more welcoming... it feels like everything is just shoved in. Outdoor seating is nice, and weve never been allowed upstairs because its always downstairs seating only. The service can be a bit brusque, but they get out your food quickly and beer often.

The upstairs bartender is awesome. Get the nachos with chorizo, theyre fantastic. The tacos and burgers are great as well. Be prepared to spend a bit more on food as it tends to be a little above average in terms of price. But the food is great so I wouldnt say its too much. They also have a great draft beer selection. They also do brunch which I have yet to check out yet.

Wish I knew about this spot when I lived in Philly. Stopped in for early Sunday dinner. Everything was fantastic. Had the pretzel covered chicken bites as an app. For dinner, grabbed the brisket pita and Carolina bbq. Brisket had a nice kick to it. BBQ was awesome, served over best cornbread vs. As a sandwich. Great twist! Beer selection is top notch. Go go go....

Sidecar has quality and varied beers on tap. Id consider simply another of Philadelphias excellent beer pubs except that the food is also very good. Consider it a restaurant with good beer and a hipster vibe. You wont get a lot of smiles with your service (because thats not the hipster way) but I have always found it very attentive - no complaints at all.

Overall pleasant experience, with the exception of the burger I ordered. The burger was not close to the temperature I ordered, and the bread was definitely stale. The fries were good though, and the draft list was great. Bartender and clientele were friendly, nice decorations and atmosphere inside.

I live one minute away and refuse to go here anymore since the service was so terrible. Rudest staff Ive ever had, the woman who first served us got the order wrong and refused to acknowledge it, while the second man who served me gave me extra sausage and that "I must not have remembered it bro."

I love this place because of the ambience. Friendly staff, great music playing in the back ground and I love the fact Back to the Future 2 was on TV which made this visit more memorable! Cant wait to come back and try the other unique delights and different concoctions! Thank you Side Car!!!

I love this bar. Not typically behind the 80s music they were playing tonight, but the music and vibes were on point yesterday. Unfortunately the bar is BYOB in the summer time- BRING YOUR OWN BLANKET CAUSE IT WILL BE FREEZING!! But its worth it cause the beer selection is bomb!!

They have really good wings here, I almost like them more than pizza huts wings because I know that they are fresher at least I hope so. I have been here a few times with Grace and we loved it everytime. They have good customer service and the food hits the spot..... ; )

Great food and beer selection. Two floors, outdoor seating. My favorite dinner items are Gregorios Al Pastor and Beer Can Chicken. Also has a great brunch menu and good overall atmosphere. Service is inconsistent. They ended "Pork me Sundays."
