This bar is a great little happy spot tucked away in Philadelphia. Happy hour is from 4-7pm Monday-Friday and prices on beer range from $3-7 for craft drafts. There is also a different $5 food item on the happy hour list. You get the feel of a dive bar once you get past their coolers full of over 70 different craft bottles available in six-pack or singles to-go. The food is amazing and is always changing just like their draft list, so stop in to check it out every couple of days to see whats changed.

Best 6 pack prices on craft beer in South Philly! I stop here once or twice a week for take out beer, although Ive never eaten or sat for a beer here, I definitely have to give this place 5 stars! Madira has an amazing selection of six packs of IPAs and other craft beers, and their prices are amazing!! All of the the staff that I have met are friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions that I have. Thanks for the great selection, prices, and service!

Great beer selection, great music. A few months ago I wouldve given this place 5 stars. The food used to be an awesome marriage of indian and philadelphian street food, with a wide variety of options, now it just feels forced/lazy. Even the black garlic naan, which was a cool concept, was basically just burnt naan. I hope the new cook also learns how to cook more than just meat.
