My 16-year old daughter works at the Upper St. Clair restaurant. Shes putting in her 2 week notice after working there about a month. Waitress Suzanna and her brother Steve who is the cook there has harassed her and called her names. If a cook doesnt want to prepare certain dishes on the menu, he should take it up with the manager and not harass a waitress submitting a customers order. The cook telling the my daughter that he hope she chokes and dies is totally is inappropriate. Its not the fault of the waitress. Complaints to the manager Philippe and District Manager Chris have been useless. It seems theres a philosophy of covering each others back. At the end of her shift and with us waiting outside to pick her up, Chris tells her she cant leave. He was too afraid to come out to talk to us in the parking lot, so we told our daughter to finish her duties and leave. In another incident, a waitress took our order, kept coming back asking us to repeat our order because she couldnt read her own writing. After waiting nearly an hour for our food, we got up to leave and complain to the manager. Our food had been ready but the waitress was outside smoking. As we left, she yelled across the restaurant, "Hey where are you going? Your food is ready!". We left and now given how badly our daughter was treated, we wont ever be back and will not recommend Kings to anyone and well be posting this on all of our Facebook pages.

This was the worst restaurant I have eaten at in a long time. The fresh fruit cup was terrible. The melon had a sour taste like chemicals. The oranges were dried out. The only good part was the two grapes. The broccoli cheese soup was ok but had a strange aftertaste. Dont even try the supposed meat loave. It was burned on the outside and dried out on the inside and I never could figure out what kind of meat it was. Question - how can you get the moisture out of mushrooms in a gravey sauce? Ask the folks at Kings. On top of everything else the service was the slowest I have had in a restaurant in years. The inky reason for the 1 star is because the system wouldnt let me write this if I gave them no stars.

Nice restaurant, Ive been coming here for the last couple of weeks after giving another place a rest. Food, service, atmosphere are better here in my opinion than at (what was the name of that other place)? My waitress, Merle is great, on top of things as I dont have to wait for coffee refills, anything needs done is done, fast. Quality & quantity of the breakfast is also quite good, equal if not better than the other place. Not much not to like here, has a certain "Homey" appeal to it.

Hit or miss. Kind of used to be my go to place for family style food and the prices were great. Their prices have scaled up considerably and I just rather go to nicer restaurants if Im going to pay more. Their breakfasts are still top notch, but the rest of the menu, not so much.

Just ate here my shrimp was supposed to be breaded its mushy. His French toast was so white it looked like garlic bread and when we sent it back It took over 10 minutes to come back. I just feel sick.

Awesome. I like their meatloaf and cinnamon ice cream. Its not 5 star quality food but awesome comfort food. This is not the proper forum to play aint it awful and poor me about your daughter.

Ok for a quick dinner, help has been????, good cook, now manager. Had sliders tonight, too small and to $$$ for what I got. They were good though. For $14, I can eat at a much better place!!!
