Overall the worst restaurant experience I have endured. First at appearance i would believe an upscale outing, but remember appearances are deceiving. Although the decor is tasteful and the lighting of class, the menu is the first peek of the true nature of what is to come. The menu is disorganized and pictures within are tacky. The service is terrible. My mother whom prefers Mexican dishes, requested chips and salsa. The waitress disappeared for a few minutes and returned to take our order. The waitress asked for our menus. We decided to order chicken quesadillas while we attempted to sort through the mess of a menu. After waiting what seemed like forever on chips and salsa to appear, the waitress returned with the quesadillas. She asked if we would like anything else. The server giggled as she realized, she had forgotten the request of chips and salsa. She left and came back minutes later with the salsa. Still no chips. She then asked for our menus. We handed them over gladly. Determined whatever else we ordered would either be incomplete or non existent. The quesadillas were terrible but seemed okay in comparison to the service we had just received. The chicken was fatty. The sour creme was not fresh. The salsa was nice but worthless without the chips. I think el sabor should be changed to el sucko!

I have to say, we usually order food from this restauarnt and it is pretty decent. However, today we tried to order food from here and had a horrible experience with the person that took our order, Jason. I placed the order and he ran our credit cards, and then proceeded to tell me that they were not able to deliver because the owner was out for the day. He refused to credit our cards and then told me we had to wait until the owner came back to get a refund. When I asked why he couldnt void the transactions, he started to give me an attidute, as if my business was inconveniencing him and then he hung up on me. I have to say, we have ordered from this place on a weekly basis for a long time, and we never had a problem with any deliveries. After todays experience it is safe to say we will not be returning to this business and I will not recommend it to anyone. Obviously, when the owner is not around they treat costumers with disrespect.

The food was good. But we were the only ones there on a Saturday at 6pm... had an inconvenience with the dinner where the manager said that there is nothing he can do or he will get "in trouble".... later to find out by the waitress, whom kept apologizing for her bosses communication, that he IS the owner!...working in the service industry I am shocked and appalled with his lack of customer service, action and result for our inconvenience. Now we all understood why this restaurant is constantly empty although good food.... Their hospitality and customer service is extremely subpar. Needless to say that they lost 4 regular clients today and those whom we tell about it....and the worst part is we told this to the "owner" and he shrugged his shoulders and stood there without a care of his empty dying restaurant...the only reason I agreed with the 1 star rating is because of the server Kim.

we visited this restaurant about two weeks ago when my son came for a visit from N.Y. When we were seated there were only about four other tables occupied. The menus were given to us and we waited quite a while before anyone came back to at least take an appetizer order. We ordered empanadas for our appetizer and they were decent contrary to the entrees. the deep fried pork came out looking like it had been cremated ,therefore being extremely dry. I had the paella which I found to be fishy tasting and too salty. Our waiter made himself very sparse, he didnt even refill our water. Concluding I would not return to this establishment! Greenacres location.

I didnt get to read any of the reviews before I stepped into this restaurant and I was shocked to see the poor reviews. Honestly from the moment my wife and I walked in we felt like family. My wife had the Lomo Saltado and I had the Churrasco, both our dishes were delicious. The entire menu is very affordable. The staff was very friendly and attentive, although there is room for improvement to make this restaurant a fine dining experience so dont expect it. This is our new favorite place and possibly is the best value of all the restaurants weve been to in Palm Beach Gardens!!!

Although the food was decent the experience was anything but..Me and my girlfriend arrived at 12 PM and order from the lunch menu only to be charged for dinner menu prices which is absolutely ridiculous when we specifically requested lunch specials. The waiter was inattentive & had absolutely no charm or even a smile on his face,he didnt even offer refills for our refreshments.Absolutely terrible business practices at this establishment,we definitely wont be returning..

This place is underated! Its delicious homestyle food! Their ropa vieja is soooo much better than you would get at don ramon or havana and I like both of those places! Get the Ajiaco Bogotano soup its amazing but be warned its filling! For like $7 you can get it with rice, plaintains and a salad and its a cheap fulfilling meal. I often get a glass of the house (columbian) red or a beer. We came here for my husbands birthday and they were so accomodating. GO!

This is a great place to dine for experiencing quality of service, food, and value. Having lived in Colombia many years, their versions of the Colombian dishes are very good as well; i.e. Ajiaco, Bandeja Paisa, and Empanadas are my favorites. You wont go away dissatisfied. Above all, the staff are cordial and go out of their way to make you feel at home! Weve also held a couple social events and luncheons there. Ask Francisco about their catering service.

Having recently moved from Miami I was craving some latin food. Went on a Sunday and ordered the carne asada. Menu says its a NY strip and you would expect that with a $15 price tag. It was overcooked and had a big ball of fat. It was also round shape which made me belive it was not a NY strip cut. The name of the restaurant is misleading. I think this is Colombian cuisine and the food was lacking flavor.

The food is good. I normally order the quesadillas and I am normally satisfied. The staff is a hit or miss. Some of the waitresses are nice, others are miserable. I have walked in and stood at the bar for over 5 minutes until someone finally decided to greet me and ask for my order. Other then that, I like this place. I come here monthly

Some of best local latin food in the area. The price is not the cheapest but it reflexs well in the quality of the food and service. Dont get me wrong, its not pricey either. If you want some good latin food in a good atmosphere I really recommend this place. Im a big fan of the Paella!

Unimpressed. Food had very little flavor . They tried to make up for lack of flavor with an over abundance of salt. Chicken empanadas were all raw corn and no chicken. Seafood in paella was not fresh at all and very fishy. Service was decent but lacking at the end. We will not return
