A very surprising find. Needs to be more visible but the food was absolutely excellent and the service was friendly and very accommodating. I had the grilled salmon with sauteed spinach and pineapple salsa. The salmon was simply presented but the flavor was first rate. A good, not over powering grill taste and perfectly done. The spinach was likewise very tasty and the salsa was a delightful surprise. My wife had the pulled pork sandwich, Cuban style on a focaccia roll with aunties black beans. Also very good. The house salsa with fried pita chips was a treat as well. We couldnt have been more pleased. This new restaurant deserves to thrive and is a perfect complement to the adjacent Chart House and Shooters. Much more casual but an excellent value and right on the Inter Coastal to boot. The music was even played at a reasonable volume to listen to or talk over.

We arrived by water taxi with the intention of going to Shooters (next door) however we were charmed by the friendly wait staff, the tropical colors and savory sounds of this eatery. The food was very good (when it finally came) - although the portions were a bit small.....the prices were reasonable (but not great) and sadly - even though there were very few customers in the restaurant - we waited for 90 minutes before our food arrived - by that time our kids were famished and the charm of the place had worn thin. The waitress was very attentive - but after 90 minutes it would have been nice to hear from management and that never happened.....had we not come by water taxi - we would have left. Seems like a nice place for drinks before going out - but would not eat there again.

The lady that claims shes the owner made mistakes on our bill, however the waitress had very much horrible attitudes. We tried to enjoy a bday party. However was put out if the restaurant because the owner claims there was food left on our bill not paid fir. They brought more food to the table than what we ordered. They brought food from another table that we never ordered. It was embarrassing . Every time a server came over to our table it was a rush conversation. Definitely need new management, better service and patience. This was our first visit and most definitely our last. We were asked to leave and take our cake with us. Never got a Chance to cut our cake. Had to cut cake amongst our guest in the parking garage. Need better administration.

This evening we walked out for the 2nd (and last) time. When we moved here 3 years ago we regularly walked to this quiet waterfront restaurant (average food, great view) until one Sunday when we waited an exceptionally long time to be served and no one would assist us. Tonight we decided to try again. No one greeted us at the door. We chose a table that wasnt yet cleaned and stood there being ignored by the staff. One waiter served the table to the left, another served the table to the right, neither acknowledged us and no one came to bus the table. At one point there were 4 waiters up front, none even looked our way. We finally gave up and went to eat at Bokampers. Its obvious they arent interested in our business.

The food is okay but not the best. I normally have the black bean burger because it is difficult to mess it up. It is nice that it is on the intercoastal so you can enjoy the fresh air but often times there are people smoking on the dock in front the wafts in and in unpleasant. It is also difficult to find seating. It gets busy and the waitstaff are overwhelmed. Last two times we visited we had to wait for tables to be cleared (and there were a lot that needed bussed). If you are not in a hurry and do not mind waiting for a table or service then this is the place to go.

its exactly what you could expect from a small, island style bar that serves food. Nothing impressive offered on the menu, burgers, "fish" sandwich etc. We were there on $7 Sunday, a few dishes are discounted @ $7. I had a $3 Bloody Mary, which was tasty. Beware glasses here are short but strong. My husband didnt appreciate the sticky table. I did not use the restroom. We ate the pylled pork sandwich with fries and slaw. If you want fancy, culinary mastery youre in the wrong place but if you want to eat on the water this place is laid back.

We loved the funky vibe they had going on here, but you drink cups were so small it was ridiculous. They gave us a small pitcher as well but by the time you refilled three glasses it was done to. The food was good but most seats were reserved for kareoke night so we had to sit out in the sun with the smokers. Gag. Beautiful dockside watching though. Waiter was very friendly when he wasnt so busy trying to please all the reserved people. But overall a good place to eat if you get there before five.

We can almost see this restaurant/bar from our condo...and it is one of our FAVORITE SPOTS on the water. The food is great...(try the Nachos!) and the vibe is laid back and friendly. Manager Irv is a great guy. The bartenders are efficient and they love to get to know you. (Scott, Andy, and Denise...the best!) And the entire staff works hard to please you. Go to FlipFlops...Youre on ISLAND TIME...So RELAX and ENJOY. Its a FLIP FLOPS kind of place!

Walked in and since kitchen is open the chef is out and exposed. There was no hosstess to greet customers and when we said hello to the chef, we were ignored. The manager came to seat us after we had made out into the dining area. The wait staff were nice. But it was disappointing that the manager spent the whole time laughing loudly while socializing at the bar. A nice location that could really be utilized better.

Nice casual atmosphere. You can dine while watching boats go up and down the intercoastal; some even docked and came in! The night we were there they had live music; nice island sound - very good! Food was FABULOUS!!! Ribs were awesome and resonably priced! Owner was out and about talking to all her guests. Highly recommend!

Walked in and there was no hostes, a waiter putting a order saw me and didnt greet me. So I asked: do I sit myself? He said yes. I set there for ten minutes watching the staff walk around me until I decided to walk out! So I went to shooters where I intended to go in the first place! What a wast of waterfront space!

Didnt even get a chance to eat bc our order took 1 hour for the waitress to put in then never showed up so left with empty stomach. Poor restaurant mgmt. Kitchen is not adequate for such a packed place. Ruins the whole experience of what should be a cool local dockside spot. 2 stars for my sangria and locale.

Had our Christmas Eve Brunch here. I love unique and cute spots. Being in Florida on a beautiful sunny day means waterside dinning. Ordered their calamari as an appetizer. It was very delicious. For my meal I had the Tomato Avocado Shrimp Salad. It was light yet filling. I shall return for sure!
