I GIVE UP.I HAVE 2 STORIES FOR FOOD AND EMPLOYMENT. I never go to fast food, maybe once a month. Well my Fiance and I went here the other day since we had coupons in the mail. Ill tell you I still feel like I spent to much for what I went threw. I showed up right as lunch was starting around so it should be the best i thought. Well when I show up and go to get in line, I soon notice after the order of the person in front of me who ordered over 50 bucks in food that only one boy was cooking everything for the lunch rush. This poor guy had so much to do make burgers hot dogs nuggets all at one time its over the top. well the lady took FOREVER to get her order, and that lead to me not getting mine for forever as well. I was so disappointed with the burger warmth it was so cold and the fries were too.. but I was so hungry I honestly couldnt wait it made me want to cry the money wasted and the pain of over hunger. i THOUGHT THE PAIN WAS OVER TILL THAT NIGHT. My Fiance got so sick that same night I never saw anything like it, he wouldnt even respond to talk he was in so much pain. We sadly cant prove anything but please be warned. I never eat fast food, he was never that sick, and the one day we do he was sick all night didnt even eat dinner. he always eats!!!! Im not sure why I was not sick, we ordered both whoppers with cheese. i had everything on it even onion and he had only tomato with pickle, but I swear it all steams back to lack of help in the kitchen. and yes we both did wash our hands before and did not touch the door with out hands. My fiance tried getting a fast job here while there was no job openings yet else where. He applied about a few weeks ago and finally after being told one thing and waiting for phone calls after being told the next day he got called in yesterday for orientation. The lady Tamy is so rude, sexist and passive id say she needs fired right away. He doesnt have the best handwriting in the world but you can read it, so when he went to fill out some papers she read it out loud weird to him making a passive joke of the bad writing. Well it really hurt him and he said sorry for it, what does she say back to him? she says, "thats okay most men have bad hand writing" he was blown away. so blown away he didnt want to work there anymore. What a stupid sexist thing to say I hope whatever man you end up with treats u like dirt.

The worst experience Ive ever had at any fast food restaurant. My son and I ordered two Whopper with cheese meals. We got our meals after 25 minutes of waiting. Two young men behind the counter walk back and forth moving the receipts around and staring at the back without even talking to any of the customers who were also waiting for their food. Then an elderly gentleman came out appeared to be the manager did not talk to any of the customers and started to do the same thing. It seemed as if no one knew or cared what they were doing and there was no urgency at all!!! The takeout was also packed and they were beeping their horns as they were also waiting for a long period of time. We finally got our meals and they not once apologized or said anything to us. We will never go back to this place again we also saw a young African-American kid in Burger King outfit sleeping at a table... the white female cook was going so slow we could have fed Ethiopia before we got our meal. The restaurant stunk like Grease and the floors stuck to our feet... it seemed like no one wanted to do their job or even cared.. my advice is to demolish the whole building and start over...

The web site says open 7am Im at drive thru at 10- 10:15am. I sat at the menu board for 2- 3 mins and no acknowledgment. I even honked my horn because I saw someone at the soda machine in drive thru. The menu board was also on lunch. Then I drove to the window and honked my horn again. No acknowledgment yet again. So I drove off and called the next burger king in guthresville to make sure they where on breakfast still. Then I found the number to the first one and called. First call couldnt be completed. Second call I got the fax machine. Third call I finally got someone. They said they are not open and still not open. At 10:30 in the morning. That burger king is so useless. Nothing but issues every time I go there.

Be sure to go to this BK if you want to wait around for 15+ minutes just to find out theyve made your order incorrectly. Also its a great place to see 0 staff working/helping customers. Ive visited 3 times this week, for various people at work as well as myself, and all 3 times there was at least 1 thing wrong with the order. Incredible. I wonder how many wrong orders per day they rack up? On a high note, their touch-screen drink dispenser is pretty cool. It also offers flavored Diet/Classic Coca-Cola: Orange, Lime, Vanilla...some other flavors too. Im not sure what other sodas have access to the flavoring but its a nice feature; which doesnt require conversing with incompetent staff.

Went there at 6:30 am on a Friday and they werent answering at the monitor..so I drove around and the doors are locked while people are in there not acknowledging me...so I called and they said they are having a late start. When you run a cororate business you should arrive on time... This made me behind for my job..but not late because I plan appropriately before I leave for work...horrible customer service...and they charge 2.00 for a price of sausage..when the one in airport road charges 0.50... Burger king I hope you see this and do something about this location...

I went through the drive-through today. 20 minutes later I got a sandwich that was less than what I ordered and paid for, and covered in junk (after I ordered it plain! I ordered a double with cheese - plain. I got a single no cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, and mayo. I didnt have enough time after driving back to my office to get back in the car (in the rain), drive back to the store, and hope that I might get an edible meal! This is not the first time I have had this problem at this store, but it WILL the last!

Stopped by for 2 bacon double cheeseburgers to go. From time I ordered until I received my food it was roughly 15-20mins. Employees acting like their job was a game. The sandwiches I received were unfit to be served. The inside temperature of both burgers was barely above room temperature. Im sorry but will not return here.

Was ignored by the staff. They wouldnt take our order and didnt even come to the window when we pulled up. We saw people inside and it was 45 minutes before they closed. Lazy and ignorant. Will not be returning.
