I love Chipotle and now I dont have to go to Christiana Mall to get my fix. The reason for my low rating? Ive now been there twice and one employee in particular is unbearable. Young kid with the dreadlocks as another reviewer mentioned. On my first visit, he was chatting with his coworkers and completely ignoring me. Finally when he took my order, he stopped in the middle and started chatting again with his coworkers. I chalked it up to a new restaurant with growing pains. My second visit was even worse. The same kid working on the cash register gets into an argument with the guest in front of me. This takes about five minutes (my order was ready and now Im a hostage) and then after the guest leaves, he starts defending his actions to his peers and ignoring the other guests! Sorry for the long review, love Chipotle but this kid is dragging the whole place down.

THIS CHIPOTLE IS HORRIBLE!!! First of all my co-workers & I go here often since we work close, one time my co-worker ordered a bowl & her RICE was missing! How do you forget the most important part of the bowl?! We decided maybe they were having a rough day but we went to day with a large order since it was for the whole office & one of the employees pointed his finger at us saying "You know we have online ordering" with a major attitude. He shouldve gotten cursed out but he got lucky & the food was HORRIBLE. Not going here again!

Foods good, prices are good. BUT at this particular location near Prices Corner... a worker boy there with dreadlocks was clearly not happy to be there...didnt say hello..didnt ask what I would like added to my bowl. Was just plain ignorant. Stared right through me with a smug. Wont go back there again. I dont know what crawled up his bum, but he had no business working in the front with people.

The food was good but the one male employee was rude! My niece was crying and I was trying to calm her down I said give me one minute. He told the one female employee I was done and then when I asked for guacamole he said I guess not with an attitude! The cashier was very nice... I guess they treated me like this because he thought I was Teen mom who couldnt handle my child! I wont be back

Over rated. Unexceptional food served cafeteria style. And they have the nerve to have a tip jar at the counter. For what? Making my food?!? That is your JOB. I have to serve myself, get my own drink and clean up after my meal. And the food is served in plastic or used newspaper. The ONLY spice I tasted was salt. No other spice. I could go on all day at how bad this restaurant is.

I love Chipotle!!! This particular location though is a complete hit and miss. I dont know how they dont train all their employees. Half of them are never aware what to do. Their chorizo is sometimes terrible and watery, guacamole is not always fresh. I will truly request some consistency with the quality to keep up with such a huge chain otherwise.

I love Chipotle, but I bumped off a star because I have never been able to get a margarita here. Im from PA where Chipotle doesnt have alcohol, so almost every time I visit Delaware I come here hoping to get a margarita with my burrito bowl. They never have them, despite being on the menu. Its always a different excuse as to why!

Went in to get a bowl. Got a 1/4 bowl instead and when I asked for fresh salsa I got the green stuff. Was not great. I dont mind spenind $8 on food but I want the same amount every time . Is that too much to ask. The only reason Im giving it 3 stars instead of 2 is because everyone is so nice there.

If one were to want real Mexican cuisine, there are several restaurants near here to satisfy that need. However, Chipotle fills a quality gap between Taco Bell and actual Tex-Mex food for people in a rush. Its a compromise for those who cant choose between quality, time, and price.

Good food, but service is consistently horrendous except for the one nice guy who calls everyone "bro" (which is a little bit weird but whatever.) I am surprised by the other reviews praising the staff; perhaps its only the people working in the afternoon/evening that are terrible.

Demand more toppings if the person doesnt give you enough. I just saw her put half the toppings youd normally get and when i asked for more, she looked at me as if i was crazy and asked if i want to double it. As in more of a charge.

This is a newer store that suffered a bit from newer employees learning the ropes, but has since become better. If youve had Chipotle before, its the same we all know and love. If you havent, and you like burritos, check it out.
