Went last night to get the buy one get one free sandwich. It was 10 minutes until close and the staff was rude and disrespectfull. The gentleman in front of me got 2 sandwiches as well and while they were making them the Manager came around and was giving a dollar to all the employees. He just stuck one in the gentlemans hand that was making the sandwich(mind you money is very dirty). Then, three more customers tried coming in they rudely starting were closed , were closed! People were very taken aback by there rudeness and even the Manger was shoeing people away saying everyones too tired and they want to go home. Ive been in customer service for 2 years and would never, ever treat customers the way they did. That will be my last time going to that subway, and Im sure as well as many others. As my boyfriend and I were walking out the guards at the door even said "bunch of rude people" , and "worst customer service around".

Almost every experience here has been displeasing. And maybe its just me, but it seems they favor people of color more than us white people. Ive had many orders messed up and given dirty looks for what Im ordering. Its a simple order, so attitude is never necessary. If it wasnt for the convenient location I wouldnt come here at all. Ive actually gone out of my way to go to different subways before.

This location refused to add points to my card. EVERY Subway should add points for the purchase of THEIR products. Good food. Typical Subway, consistent.
