Good points-the loaded fries are really good says hubby. The spicy chicken is pretty good with a decent kick to it. And I liked that they had small milkshakes on the dollar menu. Not so good points-the chocolate shake didnt seem very chocolaty. I even had hubby taste it to make sure it wasnt just me, I actually took off the lid to see the color, it was slightly darker than vanilla. The fish sandwich is dry, McDs is much better. Hubby said the sandwich was ok, but dollar for dollar hed prefer a Whopper and its bigger. The drive through and whole parking lot is odd and somewhat confusing the first time in. Ordering in the drive through was an adventure in itself. The person taking the order seemed to be talking to someone else at the same time in another language with the microphone on. We had to repeat our (simple) order like 3 times, and then 2 additional people at the window asked for confirmation on the basic sandwich (Did we want everything on it, the answer was yes all 3 times we were asked.) Overall, maybe well stop for the loaded fries sometime in the future, but not regularly since we dont know if its worth stopping there for just fries and going somewhere else for sandwiches.

Its a pretty good place. What people dont understand is that this place makes everything fresh! Just for hot dogs or wings it would be a 5 minute wait. The food does take a while to cook so you cant always blame the employees. Also, it is not a spacious place so when you look into their kitchen all you see is 3 or 4 people working on 5 or more orders sometimes. I think us customers should just be a little more patient. Overall the food is delicious, the employees are nice and I have no complain.

This is my favorite fast food place. Yes your not in and out as fast as a McDonalds, but they make your food fresh. Its not sitting there under a heat lamp so its worth the wait. They run lots of deals too so thats cool. They have burgers, chicken, the fries are amazing! The staff is great very friendly and helpful. I dont live close but I do sometimes come out of my way just to go here. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

The employees were worthless and the food was disgusting. I asked what was on a certain sandwich and was given the answer "you tell me". The first sandwich I got had "stuff" on it after simply asking that it be 100% plain. Every single employee here could care less about their job. The dining room was filthy, I can only imagine what the kitchen was like. First and last time eating here.

The food is always good, however the service is less than adequate. I ordered a LG fry and a cone of ice cream and from time of order until I received my order it took them 5 minutes. This is unacceptable for a fast food chain. Especially since no one was ahead of me. I was at Wendys and there were 4 cars ahead of me and they had all orders done in less than 5 minutes.

3 people to try and get order straight and first one walks away after erasing the order on register. I finally got so disgusted to get coupon order of 4 for 4$ right i took coupon and walked out .Maybe an incentive of 15$ an hour would straighten this out LOL

Wait in the drive thru is always 10+ minutes. They stand back in the kitchens not doing anything and only 1-2 people work to get the food out. They prioritize the walk-ins over the drive thru all the time. Prices and food are good though. The service just sucks.

Checkers burger with cheese was a decent burger. Fries tasted like they had been cooked in old fryer oil. Lemonade was good. Expensive for what you actually get..sizes where on the smaller size. Customer service was good..

One of my favorite places. Yes it takes a few extra minutes to get your food but thats because they make it to orders I live in Lancaster and will drive up hear a 5-6 times a year to get food because I love it so much.

This place should get out of town food quality very poor. The banana split had no bananas. , the fish basket very poor not worth the money over all it sucked they dont even answer phone

Im here at least once a week food is always good but expect at least a 10 minute wait. I feel as if they typically prioritize the drive-thru over walk-ins food is always very good

I was kinda iffy about coming to a 3* rated fastfood restaurant. But i was taken back by how good the food is and its cheap at that! The deluxe chicken was amazing!

The food was great! But I think they had to go go out and find the cow before they could make the burgers. Plan on at least 10minutes even if they are not busy.
