The girls employed there have very poor social skills and is very disrespectful. They have tendencies to give you the wrong order and give attitude during walk-ins and drive through. I highly recommend the girls to get better discipline at work since at home isnt enough for them. This is one of the disfigured girls that is always raising her voice in a violent manner. Thank you for everything you do for kids, DQ, we love you, your food, and your place. Compare other fast food stores, this place is much warmer, more welcome, more professional. The Chicken Flame is great. The burgers are way higher about average. Juicy sandwichs and lovely faces, always see both customers and employees happy, which is very important for the atmosphere. I like this place.

I usually love this place but last time I was there I got a chicken strip basket with fries & it clearly wasnt fresh. The chicken was dried out & the fries were cold & mushy! There was also a hair in my fries so I ended up throwing them away:(

They make the best pumpkin pie blizzards. They actually taste like pumpkin. We go to kenhorst even though we live in New holland. The Ephrata dairy queen doesnt compare to them.
