Nice, clean interior. Waited ~ 10 min for my first/only refill because waitress was talking to the only other patrons in the restaurant, but other than that the service was good. Sushi (maki and urumaki rolls, I think) was worst Ive ever had. Im guessing the spicy fish isnt prepped very often because it was so salty that in the case of one of the pricier rolls I wasnt able to eat more than a piece or two. Salt completely destroyed any flavor other than faint fishiness. Couldnt tell if there were different types of raw fish, it was all mixed together. Rolls were just all kinds of mixed up... no real flavor if any form of raw fish was involved, due to the salt, and although I got three specialty rolls I dont think I saw any unblended whole pieces of raw fish (I could be misremembering but Im pretty sure). Really odd little chunks of cooked fish too, rather than whole pieces. Would literally never eat the sushi again. I saw a couple eating some non-sushi items that looked pretty awesome. Barbeque-type stuff. Will probably stop in to try that sometime.

For my daughters birthday she could choose any place to eat... She chose Zing. She loves sushi. Their decor is clean and modern. The cushioned white seats along the wall are SO comfy. The kids love the Ramune drinks (the ones with the glass ball in the top). Their cold sweet and unsweetened green tea is excellent. You can watch your sushi being made and if the kids are watching the itamae will usually interact with the kids, which helps with the wait. They have good sushi but their non sushi dishes are very well done and tasty as well. Their Bento boxes are very good and I think gives you the best experience. It allows you to try their miso soup, fresh salad, rice, gyoza (dumpling), non sushi dishes and sushi of your choosing. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Ive traveled up and down the east coast so seafood is something I love. I grew up on the water, specifically the deep south on what is technically an island. I know fresh seafood. As a amateur foodie, Im also decent at identifying relatively good places to eat in cities, towns and counties. I was blown away at finding this gem hidden here in Parkesburg/Coatesville. Its owned by the same people who own Harrys and their food is good but Zing is honestly on a different level. If you are a fan of sushi and Asian cuisine, please check out this place out! Food is always on par and Ive been going there for over a year. Even their delivery is good. Service is also always good as well. Staff is knowledgeable on the menu.

As a woman who grew up in Philadelphia and had a hard time adjusting to living in a rural area with not much around, I am ecstatic to have found such great sushi and asian cuisine here. I love sushi and always have and never expected to find good sushi in an area like this. Nice atmosphere, polite and helpful staff and food is delicious. Usually sushi that can be take out isnt very good but dining in and take out here is equally delicious. Very fresh and well made and cut well.

I never would have imagined I could get good sushi out my way, and they deliver!! The wife isnt really a sushi person so she opts for the California rolls and shrimp fried rice. But the rest of the family switches it up. The Spider rolls, dynamite and spicy tuna rolls and everything else weve are great. Be sure to get some crab ragoons, they are awesome. We mostly do delivery, but the couple times weve stopped in were great as well, the service was excellent.

Seriously shocking how fresh and delicious this places fish is given how incredibly land locked they are. The most butter-nutty salmon Ive ever had. Next time your anywhere near lancaster, skip the Amish overcooked beef and gravy and hit Zing for good that sings! Seriously, Pleasure Coma

Being a small town sushi joint, this is very mediocre... the wasabi was brown, the albacore was chewier than it should have been, the curry chicken was bland and the salad had WAY too dressing on it. The quality was definitely not worth $25 for one meal.
