Went to this location on 12/11 for lunch, very small restaurant with limited seating and tables are very close to each other. It took a long time for our order to be taken as the server in charge of the counter seemed overwhelmed with "To Go" orders and answering the phone. Staff members could not keep track of which parties were up next to be seated. The couple that sat next to us at the counter walked out after about 10 minutes because no server ever greeted them or took their order. Sitting at the counter I could hear all staff members complaining about being so busy and overwhelmed. I could hear the cooks in the back complaining about food being left in the window for too long and servers didnt know which food was theirs. Some disorganization is expected in a new restaurant but it was a really poor experience. The food however was very tasty.

With the number of employees in the back youd expect excellent service. But service was extremely lacking. I watched as two employees make a mess of my milkshake twice. Only for it to sit it in the back kitchen for ten minutes. The fries that i received within seconds of ordering it was cold. After waiting ten minutes, staring at my milkshake, the checkout girl finally came by. I managed to ask her if it was my milkshake sitting in the back kitchen, to her reply " i guess so". And proceeded to slide it to me and went away. Doubt Ill be coming back here. Plenty of burger places around.

This place was okay I been here a few times because Im a fan of the shakes. The Shakes are usually 5-6$ it comes with two large cup full. Their cheese steak doesnt have much cheese and has a lot of rubbery pieces in it. Same with the chili a lot of the meat was kind of rubbery. Also the bathroom isnt always working. Other than that I generally enjoy the place.

Place is top small. 2 entrances made the seating very cold. Overstaffed and also no communication with who is eating in and taking out. Food was ok but dont order water because it taste horrible which is the same water used for soda.

I had the original rocket Burger with fries and a chocolate milkshake. It was delicious the fries were crisp... cant beat farm-to-table. Wish there was one in the Harrisburg Pennsylvania area.
