Ordering online is a JOKE! The web function is not ready for use; it should be taken offline until it works right I wasted 40 minutes trying to order for 5 people on Saturday, July 8 so we could make a 7:15 movie nearby. Started 2 hours before pick-up time. Did all the work. Entered all the details. Entered the credit card info. Was then told that it was a peak time period, so my pick-up time was bumped back 15 minutes. I said OK. Then I was told I needed to be bumped back 30 minutes. I said no, and started over. Tried this about 10 times. Called the branch. Talked to a staff member and then her manager, Ryan. He told me to place the order and then call before we arrived, asking them to "push it through" at our desired time. I spent 15 minutes more on the website. Went through the whole process again, only this time I wasnt just bumped back a little bit. I kept getting bumped back in 15 minute increments to 6:30, 6:45, 7:00 PM. Each time I said "OK," because I knew that I would be able to call and "force it through." But I had to re-enter my credit card info 5 or 6 times during all of this. When it bumped me back to 10 PM, I started to think that the system was broken. Then it flipped to the NEXT DAY!!! And yet I was STILL told by the website that 10 AM on Sunday morning was such a high volume time that they needed to bump me to 10:30 AM, and then 11 AM, etc!!! Clearly, the online ordering is not ready for Prime Time. Please just tell me that rather wasting so much of my time!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Since I couldnt use the web function and since the manager had told me that it was a peak period, I brought my party there early so that we could deal with long lines. Yet we walked into an almost empty Smashburger. Our food arrived 10 minutes after we entered. Thats great in and of itself, but we wasted a lot of time arriving so early based on the web sites and the managers claims of peak busy-ness. In fact, instead of admitting over the phone that the website doesnt work well-- the restaurant must have been completely empty when I called at 4:30 PM-- the manager (Ryan) doubled down and gave a ridiculous justification of the web ordering function. Said that its set up to avoid overloading their capacities. Just be transparent! Be honest! And get the darned website working or take down that function. Do NOT waste peoples time!!!

Horrible!!! While ordering my food the girl was busy talking to the other people not paying attention. She lacked the basic customer service welcome. We sat down and they brought us out food she kinda just threw it there and walked away no problem. I look at my food looks decent then the lettuce is totally brown and I show my friend who insists I send it back but I rather asked for another piece of lettuce so they gave me two pieces another brown one and a very small piece. So I stopped complaining and ate. Well today Im in the er for food poisoning last night I kept throwing up and using the rest room. So if you are all about that go for it. Beware!!

Burger was great but the ticket times are ridiculous. That combined with one employee at the register and a 15 minute wait. 40 minutes for a hamburger is not ok. I was here during lunch rush. I understand waiting in line and Im ok with that. That is my choice. I was upset that a standard smash burger with no modifications took 25 minutes to cook and expo. Manager was not friendly when I politely asked for an update for my order. This was a staff and or manager issue. Will not be back to this location.

Service was good but I was not pleased with the burger. The burger was sitting in the container with a puddle full of grease at the bottom. Burger was way over priced...i added bacon to my burger and it was 1.50 more and I only got 1 piece of bacon. My burgers was about 6 dollar and i made it a combo and that was a extra 4 dollars. I paid about 11 dollars for this one meal only to realize the burger wasnt even that big to begin with. Never again...smh

Really good variety of burgers to choose from. Im not big on the fries; theyre small shoe-string type. I like that theyre crunchy, and they have interesting toppings - but for some reason, they dont do it for me. So far, Ive had the truffle mayo, mushroom, and swiss and a plain cheeseburger - both were good. Also had an Oreo milkshake which was tasty. The service is quick and courteous. This is a good addition to this locality.

Well, when I opened my turkey burger, it looked like someone had took several bites out of it! Now I know that isnt what happened because I saw the young man cooking it, however that was unappealing. I also got sweet potato fries which were delicious until I saw the bottom of the fry box had a piece of hair in it and it wasnt mine! Not a great experience, especially when youre hungry!

I just thought that the Shake Shack and tried a burger. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, and the service was incredibly fast. We ordered two burgers that we modified and had them both and under 7 minutes. The price was very reasonable, and the birds were very good. I will definitely be back!

Delicious food. Friendly staff. Once you place your order, your food is served rather quickly. However, during the lunch rush, there isnt enough help. There is usually 1 cashier taking orders AND making milk shakes. (Milkshakes are popular here) During this time, the customers are spilling out the door. Please add extra staff.

Clean atmosphere, but the food was below average. The burger lacked flavors even though it has buffalo sauce with blue cheese. The only thing I liked was spongy bread. The fried chicken sandwich with "Philly" style had more flavor. But the chicken was overcooked from the frozen patty and had way too much salt.

Long wait time, black bean burger was ok, not great, not what I expected. Not enough flavor. The smash fries were terrible. Very thin and lack of flavor. This is my second time here & both times, the fries were not good. Definitely not worth the price!!! Five guys is by far better.

I waited over a half hour for just cheese fries twice! They were not even busy. I wasted my whole break waiting for just fries. When I said something they just looked at me like i was in the wrong. Needless to say i got my money back and never got the fries. Never again.

Expensive slow food restaurant. When the crowd comes expect to be a 45min wait for unseasoned ground beef, tasteless greasy fries, and 5.00 small milk shake. So dont aggravate yourself. The place is nothing to write home about.

It took over 30 minutes to get a milkshake, well over the completion of our meal. The incompetence of the people working there is hard to describe - its what happens when you let teenagers run a restaurant on a Saturday night.

Smashburgers are just great. The food us amazing. The best burgers in town, by far. I really enjoy the burgers the sweet potatoe fries etc... Take care Smashburger team, from the cook to the iwners. Thank for being real!
