This is an update to my previous review. The store manager invited us to return and have a complimentary meal. My husband and I were NOT disappointed this time! The burgers were moist and had oh so much FLAVOR! The service was awesome!!! Wayne HAS to be your BEST waiter! I remembered him from last time. He had many tables and was moving so fast, he had to get my soda last time. He is so quick and attentive AND we listened to his recommendations and were NOT disappointed. Sarah was awesome also, she made sure we were satisfied with everything (I like her sense of humor too), she was extremely friendly. No one gave us a "these jerks gave us a bad review" attitude. Even the kitchen staff was on their "A" game. As I said the food was so flavorful and the burgers juicy, but my husband also noted that someone in the kitchen did something with their gloves on, then got FRESH gloves to do another. Dessert was divine! My husband couldnt even eat his there because he was so stuffed, I was able to eat most of mine. That Hersheys ice cream is so delish! I have to now say that THIS is the experience that I was expecting before. Now that I have received it, I can honestly say that Emeril would most DEFINITELY be proud of you guys. Especially Devan, because he could have just let it go after he compd some of our food before. He didnt though. Thats the extra mile that makes me smile. I would definitely return (Wayne HAS to be our waiter

I was very disappointed with not only the service but also that they didnt have an item on the menu. We were there in the afternoon and I ordered the grilled Samon sandwich. After placing the order the waitress came back to me and said that they didnt have any and she wasnt aware of it prior to me ordering it. So I tried the catfish sandwich. It was just okay.:( What was really disappointing was the fact that I only ate half of the sandwich and had most of the onion rings were left on my plate which I intended to take home, well that didnt happen. I told the waitress that I couldnt eat anymore and before I had a chance to ask her to wrap it to go she picked the plate up and threw it in the trash right in front of me. I was stunned and couldnt believe she didnt even ask if I wanted to take it along. Poor service!

Must visit if youre at sands! I went during the day, after the lunch rush around 2:45pm. The burgers were big and juicy, cooked perfectly! Lots of toppings, well seasoned onion rings and fries. I also got wings as an appetitzer and they were very healthy and juicy wings. And to top it off The drinks were strong as hell. Cant be mad at that! Great Burger experience. Sat at the bar and got served by "Candy", great and attentive served and bartender.

We are frequent guests, normally I would rate this 5++ we had a experience that was unlike Emeril quality. My drink took too long, bartender messed up my order, then charged us for the messed up order - all of that and my meal was never picked up. I was left to eat separately than anyone else and its apparent the manager on duty was ok with us having everything 1/2 wrong, its usually a great place.

Very disappointing! Nothing BAM about the experience. To me, gourmet burgers are something out of the ordinary and with top ingredients. Not the case. The garnishes on the burgers were minimal, service was slow, food was mediocre at best and overpriced for what it was. Sorry.

Very pricey, but good quality ingredients. Pickles are nummy & fries come in these cute little fryer baskets. Recommend the make your own burger. However, it seemed I was paying a bit more just because it was owned by "Emeril"

Had the custom made burger with onion strings, cherry peppers, bacon, pork shoulder, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo on an onion poppyseed bun. Incredible! Ate it for lunch and couldnt eat dinner I was still full.

Everything was amazining!! My bartender Jared, who kicked asssss, suggested a drink and my dinner (whatever was on these cheesefries was outstanding!! ) Delicious food and drinks, awesome service!!!!

Good food, but a little overpriced. Service is also lacking. Have been here on two occasions and both times service was sub par. The place gets busy at times so best to go during off hours.

Really nice place to grab a burger. Very good quality, tasty stuff, all around its run well. At night its very busy especially weekends though, only downside.
